Lo staff è fantastico e l’accoglienza è gestita molto bene.

La stanza è piccola ma pratica
L’unico svantaggio per chi viene dall’estero è che pagare con la carta richiede una commissione del 3% in più e il pagamento dell’alloggio non si può fare tramite booking ma solo una volta arrivati lì. Quindi o prelevi (ma noi avevamo comunque commissioni) o paghi con il 3% in più.
Posizione molto vicina alla spiaggia, ottima colazione, carina la terrazza davanti alla camera. Pulizia ottima
Nella camera davanti (noi ne avevamo una davanti e una dietro) sin dalla prima mattina si sente molto rumore proveniente dalla strada e si dorme male. Ristorante con prezzi in dollari caro per lo standard di Zanzibar.
Das Personal was sehr sehr Freundlich und das essen war auch recht gut! Man hat uns jeden Wunsch versucht zu erfüllen und man half uns unsere Trips zu organisieren! Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl in diesem Hotel
Es fehlte uns 2 kleine Tüchlein und handseife aber nachdem wir danach nachfragt haben kam alles. Das Zimmer war eher klein und der Preis war für die Lage und Zimmer leicht zu hoch unserer Meinung nach, da es oft bis in die Nacht musik vom Hotel nebendran kam und halt die Strasse sehr laut sein kann.

Temiz ,odasının ve yatakların genişliği iyi, restoranı çok ferah,kahvaltı dahildi az ama çok temiz ve yeterli çeşit var,dilediğimizde makul fiyatlara yemekte söyleyebildik,çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü kibar insanlar.
Otelden çıktıgınızda saga bir 20 metre yürüdüğünzfe ilerde köşede çok gereksiz insan dolu. Taksi yada başka şeyler için seni rahatsız ediyorlar.birde sahile biraz yürüme mesafesi var.

Without a doubt, this hotel serves the best food on the island. We enjoyed every meal here so much that, even though we stayed at another hotel because it had a pool and was closer to the beach, we kept coming back here for lunch and dinner.
Our sea-view room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. When we wanted to book an excursion, the staff helped us arrange transportation at the best price.
We are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice place close to the beach. Excellent breakfast included and great restaurant on site. The staff is super nice and so helpful! JP the property manager was amazing! He was always around to make sure you’re happy and everything is perfect! Highly recommended!
The hotel is not as advertised. On the booking.com app it says there is a pool and there are two photos of the pool. In fact they have another property in another part of Zanzibar which has a pool. The friendly receptionist took us for a 15 minute walk on potholed roads to another hotel where we could use their pool. As we didn't want a half hour round trip every time we wanted a quick dip we decided not to stay. It then took three complete days of phone calls and visits before they would cancel the booking.
Kleines schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Jederzeit hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Gutes Frühstück und sehr leckeren Essen. Wir würden Jederzeit wieder kommen.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with a smile, which made the experience even better and more enjoyable.
One of the best things is the location—just about 10 minutes from the beach, which makes it very easy to enjoy the ocean and return quickly to rest.
Overall, Sand and Sunset is a great budget-friendly option with a warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and a very convenient location close to the beach.

Very professional and kind staff. Room was simple but clean and quiet. Excellent wifi. It's one minute walk from Kendwa Rocks hotel + it works in partnersip with main Sunset hotel allowing to access beach and use sunbeds and other Sunset facilities. Good value for money.
