Pros:

The staff is exceptionally well behaved and helpful. But the property is old and located next to a wine and beer shop. I changed my room twice once in the middle of the night. The staff helped even after duty hours.

Cons:

Firstly the location of the property. Secondly the hotel renovation is overdue.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at Hotel Lake View.

Considering the amount I am paying for the room, I expected much better service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room is not properly cleaned, there is seepage on the walls, and there is a bad smell throughout the room. Even the blanket provided for sleeping is dirty and has visible stains on it. The bathroom is also not properly cleaned and is in a very unhygienic condition.

This is not the experience I expected when I booked this hotel. I understand that there may be a staff shortage, but that should not affect the basic standards of cleanliness, service, and guest experience.

I also had food delivered through Zomato. When I went to the reception, the receptionist told me to collect my food myself because they did not have enough staff. As a guest, I do not think this is an acceptable way to handle service.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the management and service. I request you to please look into these issues seriously and take immediate action.

Some how managed to spend the night on a below average place
