Pros:

Close to city, quiet (bungalow rooms, located in the back of property, shielded from highway), great value.

Cons:

Our bungalow had a “window” in the bathroom that had no glass or other covering, it was exposed to the outside, next to a wall (retaining wall?). No bugs or animals got in, but I think it is possible for that to happen.
