Een echte aanrader in Kyoto!
Pros:

Een heel uniek verblijf dat ook echt goed in orde was. Het is een grote accomodatie, maar toch voelt het intiem en gezellig, mede door het goede personeel. Het voelt proper aan om je schoenen uit moeten doen bij het binnenkomen van het hotel. Het gratis ijs en ramen was leuk, en het ontbijt is heel kwalitatief. Een aanrader!!

Cons:

Onze kamer lag naast de parking, dus lichte slapers vragen best een kamer weg van de parking. Kussens waren heel hard, maar je kan iets zachtere kussen vragen aan de receptie.

Pros:

L'expérience vécue (onsen). Les commodités ( restauration le soir, boissons à disposition, glaces..) La disponibilité du personnel.

The Onsen pools were very relaxing.
Pros:

The Onsen pools were the best amenity this place had to offer. They hotel only had 6 massage chairs which were very nice, but for as many rooms they have, the hotel should invest in more massage chairs. They offered free ice cream from 2pm- midnight near the Onsen rooms and free beverages from 11am-11pm in the lobby. Lets not forget the free ramen soup from 9pm-11pm.

Cons:

I did not like that our rooms were located extremely far from the elevator, at the end of the building. Also we traveled pretty far to end up with a view of a parking lot. Room cleaning service was not included. So we had to pay Y1500 extra each day if we wanted to have the room cleaned with fresh towels.
The breakfast choices were the same everyday. Their scrambled eggs were like eating soupy eggs, they could have been cooked a little longer.. I also wish breakfast hours were extended til 12noon. As we are on vacation and would like to sleep in.. As we only ate breakfast maybe 3 times out of a 6 night stay, I know next time not to pre-purchase the breakfast. The rooms are really small and tight, there was no room to open your suitcase or anyplace to place to store your clothes except for a very small closet with only 4 hangers.

Best stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Best place to stay in Kyoto. Natural hotsping was too good. They serve Ramen in the night from 10pm to 3pm for free. Massage chair was heaven.

Cons:

They should consider serving vegan or vegetarian Ramen
