Κακό κατάλυμα.

Η θέα.

Cons:

Το μόνο που θα πω είναι ότι αφήσαμε το δωμάτιο μια μέρα νωρίτερα, χωρίς να ζητήσουμε και χρήματα πίσω. Η αξία του είναι το πολύ για 45-50€. Επίσης το μισό κτίριο ανήκει σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο το οποίο είναι καλύτερο και χρησιμοποιεί το ισόγειο για εστιατόριο και πισίνα. Οι εικόνες από την πισίνα είναι από τους άλλους.

Bliskość do morza i widok. Miły starszy Pan z recepcji. Bezpłatne leżaki na plaży.

Cons:

W pokoju hotelowym brudno pełno piasku po poprzednich gościach, zasłona zerwana. Pod łóżkami pełno brudu. W szafach pozostałości po innych gościach. Łazienka bardzo, bardzo brudna. Płytki i lustro pamiętają poprzednich lokatorów. Stołówka to pokój hotelowy, z 7 stolikami z czego jeden ciągle zajęty przez Panie sprzątające. Jak czegoś zabrakło na śniadaniu to już nie było dokładane no chyba,że przychodził szef. Na śniadaniu bardzo mały wybór i monotonne. Po śniadaniu trzeba było samemu sprzątać talerze, gdy Panie od tego sobie siedziały na telefonach.Stoliki nawet nie były przecierane. Na stołówce na balkonie goście palili, dym leciał do środka nie było to przyjemne podczas posiłku. Brak basenu. Ręczniki nie były wymieniane tylko codziennie dokładali czyste a brudne zostawały, dramat. Pokój nie był sprzątany podczas naszego pobytu.
Byliśmy w Albani za podobną cenę i stołówka była prawdziwą, czysta zadbaną stołówka, ktora spełnia standardy.

Locatie is echt perfect. Hotel zelf is vrij basic, verwacht er niet teveel van.

De locatie is echt perfect. Beter kan niet. Je kijkt vanaf het balkon recht op het strand. En direct aan de levendige promenade van Durres. Echt fantastisch. Mocht je nog ergens willen eten, wij waren heel tevreden over Pampas Sushi. De kids wilden sushi, geen spijt van gehad. We hebben veel gerechten van de kaart besteld en alles was even lekker. Een van de highlights van de trip. Ontbijt is trouwens ook vrij basic. Niet veel keuze, maar voor de prijs prima. De koffie bij het ontbijt is echt heel lekker.

Cons:

Tja, het is erg basic. Dus verwacht niet teveel. We vonden de badkamer niet fijn. Behalve de groene kleur die ik echt niet begrijp, is na een keer douchen de hele badkamer bedekt met een laag water. Maar ja, als je niet voor de hoofdprijs ergens wilt zitten, is het zeker geen slechte plek. Personeel is niet spraakzaam, verwacht geen echte gastvrijheid. Het is oké, meer niet. We wisten niet dat Sunshine hotel een eigen plek op het strand heeft. Dus we zijn ergens anders op het strand gaan zitten en hebben 500 Lek betaald. Valt mee, maar had dus niet gehoeven.

Disappointing and not worth it
Pros:

Unfortunately the only thing we liked was the location - very close to the beach.

Cons:

I rarely give bad reviews, but I have so many things:
1) It says parking is available, but it's a tiny garage where it's so small that you have to trust the hotel with your keys to move it in and out depending on who needs to get in/out. If you don't have good insurance on your car rental this is a nightmare.
2) They didn't say until we got there that they don't accept card and they gave me such a bad conversion rate from Euros to Lek I ended up having to pay 10% more than I should have.
3) Although my booking was supposed to be with Balcony (with a sea view in their photos), the room I was given was facing the busy and noisy motorway without balcony. When we asked to have the right room, they said it was an upgrade and charged and additional 15 Euros a day.
4) The "additional charge" pool does not belong to the hotel but the adjacent hotel that charges 20 euros per adult and 10 euros per child, and it's so small and weirdly deep, I won't even recommend it.
5) The breakfast was mediocre at best, and unless you're lucky it's mostly cold.
Conclusion - we're definitely not coming back here.

La posizione centrale e sul mare, possibilità di parcheggio. Spiaggia inclusa.

Cons:

Il bagno molto vecchio, piatto doccia sporco e manca una il box doccia.
Colazione scarsa, poco varia e prodotti non di qualità. Pagamento solo in contanti, un po’ scomodo.
