No-Go: Fremde Leute benutzen "eigenes" Badezimmer/WC
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, sowohl mit Auto als auch öffentlich gut erreichbar. Der Besitzer ist freundlich und bemüht, vielleicht aber ein bisschen überfordert. Im Keller gibt es kostenlosen Kaffee und Kekse.

Haustür und Zimmertür sind mittels Code entsperrbar, was angenehm ist.

Kostenlose Parkplätze fußläufig erreichbar, aber nicht direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Badezimmer/WC sind im Gang und teilweise dauerhaft offen. So kam es, dass andere Gäste auf "mein" WC gingen und mein Bad benutzten. Ich hatte dadurch abends nicht die Möglichkeit nach Belieben WC und Dusche zu benutzen - ein absolutes No-Go. Der Besitzer hat mit danach zwar eine kleine Gutschrift in bar gegeben, aber das geht so gar nicht. Natürlich auch die Schuld der anderen rücksichtslosen Gäste, die ein zugewiesenes Bad hatten.

Das Zimmer und das Haus selbst sind OK aber sehr
lieblos.

Keine kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt bei der Unterkunft.

Gazda a fost primitoare, internetul de mare viteza functional, dotarea bailor foarte buna, locatie linistita.

Cons:

Locurile de parcare sunt situate in lungul strazii, si in principiu sant folosite de locatari.

Нова мебелировка. Мил домакин. Хубаво кафе сутрин. Тих квартал. Удобно паркиране.

Cons:

Липсата на нормален гардероб и нощни шкафчета. Стаята беше топла и чиста, но банята не достатъчно чиста. Имаше следи от предишни гости. Всичко друго беше добре.

Curatenie ok, loc de parcare in fata proprietatii, gazda amabila, ne-a dat un incalzitor suplimentar.

Cons:

Paianjeni in camera, din aia mari, am dormit cu stres. Baia pe culoar, chiar daca era rezervata camerei noastre. In camere nu sunt noptiere, dulap, cuier....

Pros:

Herr Schmutzer hat uns freundlich empfangen, das Schließsystem schön erklärt, die Küche gezeigt wo wir in der früh gratis Kaffee trinken können, die Betten sind bequem für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Für eine Nacht auszuhalten, mehr aber auch nicht
Pros:

+ gute Location nahe S-Bahn, SCS etc.
+ Kurzparkzone, am Wochenende gratis Parken direkt vor dem Haus
+ gratis Kaffee/Tee
+ hochwertige Markeneinrichtung

Cons:

- Bad&Klo am Gang, anscheinend "privat", aber nicht versperrbar
- Außentür meistens offen (was die Bad-Situation noch öffentlicher macht)
- Zahlenschloss auf Zimmertür sperrt nicht zuverlässig zu
- Einrichtung im schlechten Zustand / nicht gut gewartet
- Sauberkeit und Hygiene fehlt komplett (Duschabfluss verstopft mit Haaren der Vorgänger etc.)
- Bett für uns zu hart (obwohl das natürlich rein persönliche Präferenz ist)

Pros:

The location is very convenient – just a few minutes’ walk to the train station, and from there it’s about 30 minutes by direct train to the center of Vienna. That made it easy to explore the city without staying right in it.

Cons:

Even though it says the bathroom and toilet are private, they are actually shared and located outside the room in the hallway. Luckily, there were no other guests during our stay. Still, both the room and the facilities were very dirty. Floors hadn’t been cleaned, items were lying around, and the toilet was in a bad condition – dirty, covered with hair, with a strong smell of urine, and even unflushed water in the urinal. The shower also felt unclean, and we even saw a cockroach there. The small kitchen area didn’t have even basic things like a kettle.
Also, it says that parking is free, but that’s only true on weekends. On weekdays, you can only park for free for up to three hours, which wasn’t clearly mentioned.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is located outside the city, but in a very convenient area — there’s a nearby suburban train station, and it takes only about 20 minutes to get to Vienna. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, a nice suburban atmosphere.

The room was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the spacious, luxurious private bathroom — it’s located across the hallway, but that wasn’t an issue at all since each room has its own bathroom.

There’s a shared space with a microwave and coffee machine, and coffee is kindly provided. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
