Best in Setúbal. Value of money
Pros:

Great stay. I’m really happy the owner always respond my question even the phone call. The day I have check-in it was so late, but Owner was waiting for For Me to help me out check-in myself.

proprio très désagréable
Cons:

Les propriétaire etait très désagréable, pour un retard d une heure pour faire le check in Ils ont refusé de m attendre ou de me trouver une solution pour accéder à l établissement alors que j ai déjà payé pour la nuitée et ils même refusé que je fais le check in le matin et ils ont refusé aussi de me rembourser du coup j étais obligé de payer pour une deuxième fois dans autre établissement pour ne pas rester à la rue. Après l intervention du service client ils ont finalement accepté que je fasse le Check in le matin et ils ont aussi proposé de payer un supplément pour le late check in. Alors qu ils pouvaient me dire ça avant l intervention du service client de booking mais c’était déjà trop tard.

Pros:

For the asked price, you get a very clean house with different available appliances, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, complementary decaf (there’s a coffee machine you can use).

Cons:

The only experience that wasn’t so pleasant was the bedroom door, which only closed if you locked it with the key.

Pros:

El lugar estaba limpio y con unas indicaciones claras de convivencia

Cons:

Había una chica de color bastante marrana...ensució todo el baño ( que era compartido) y con decir "Sorry" tuvo suficiente, ni siquiera fue para pasar una fregona. El baño un poco justo de tamaño, especialmente la pica de lavarse las manos

Pros:

Perfect location, very close to the train and bus stations.
· Clean and well-maintained room.
· Fast and professional communication with the staff.

Cons:

· Unjustified extra fee : late arrival after 11pm forced me to pay €20 in cash for key delivery, even though a key box exists on site (this fee is nearly half the price of one night).
· Poor soundproofing : you can hear conversations and especially doors slamming.
· Only one bathroom for 4 rooms : one shower, one toilet, one sink – causing constant waiting (guests even brush their teeth in the kitchen sink).
· Outdated rooms : clean but worn, photos on Booking no longer match the current condition.

Ik heb een fijn verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Het was netjes en schoon, de locatie was heel goed. Veilige omgeving. Fijn dat er handdoeken beschikbaar waren en een oven, magnetron en toaster.

Cons:

Dat er elke dag op onze deur werd geklopt om te zien of het schoongemaakt moest worden. Ook vond ik het matras niet heel comfortabel. Er staken soms harde dingen in m’n rug als ik er op lag. Ook maakten de schoonmakers wel veel geluid als ze kwamen.

Cons:

El check in hay que realizarlo en un kebab junto al alojamiento y ello demora un poco el acceso.
