Pros:

多年前住过一次，当时感觉蛮好的，房间也是正常的酒店房间，干净宽敞，当时印象挺好的。
这次入住，前台和礼宾部工作人员还是跟之前一样专业，态度热情，挺好的！

Cons:

这次不知道是不是酒店有其他的大型会议还是其他原因，正常的酒店房间没有了，给我说帮我升级到家庭房还是什么的，是一件小的2层那种房间，厅在楼下，每层比较小，厅在下面其实也用不太上，然后窗外的景色就是酒店的厅，而且楼层很矮，跟描述不符合。

我可以接受房間比較舊，但是不接受房間換成更加的差的，我以為升級那應該是比之前的更好，但其實並沒有，因为这个房间明显比我想要预约的房间差很多。我定的房间是商务大床房，30平米，高层.....等等比較不錯的條件，但是實際不是這樣的,希望如果要換房的話，而且正常房间不一样的情况，可以提前给客人看房间图片，以及告知房间大小和情況等，至少讓客人看了之後決定要不要。

這些都算了，結果晚上洗澡的时候花洒整个脱落，不得不洗到一半打电话让人来看，最后工程部来修理了，弄了蠻久的。呃，整体的设施方面入住比之前差了很多。

Breakfast was ok, but mainly tailored to Chinese guests. A wider choice of "western" dishes would have been appreciated

Value for your money
Pros:

Big rooms, full equipped from toothbrushes and paste, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner were all in the bathroom, coffee thee and water cooker, mini cooler.

Location is really strategic, nearby Dongmen district, lots of food vendors, clothing shops.

Cons:

Bad enough that almost noone speaks English. While it is really necessary of uou work in the hotel. Basic English.
