Hier kom ik nooit meer terug. Ik snap niet wie er eem positieve review kan achterlaten.
Pros:

Arouca centrum is op loopafstand en je kan bij hotel parkeren. Dat is echt het enige positieve aan dit verouderde aftandse hotel met afschuwelijke bedden en karig ontbijt. En ik moet zeggen dat de receptionistes ook heel vriendelijk waren.

Cons:

Het kleine bed van onze eerste kamer was kneiterhard met van die springveren die in je rug prikken. We kregen na 1 nacht van de receptioniste een ruimere kamer met groter bed. Nog steeds zeer slecht matras en kussens, maar groter waardoor je tijdens het woelen en wakker liggen elkaar niet telkens aan stoot. Ook kregen we extra kussens. Verder voelde het niet fris. Schimmelige plafonds, loslatend stukwerk. De douche was in het bad, maar zo laag dat je moest bukken om eronder te staan. Geen vers drinkwater op de kamer. Geen gevulde koelkast. Verouderd meubilair. Ook in de eetzaal van die waardeloze stoelen. Het ontbijt was echt heel basic met broodjes zo hard alsof ze al een dag oud waren. En alle andere gasten zagen er bij het ontbijt ook niet echt uitgerust uit. Vast net als wij nauwelijks geslapen.

Pros:

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever travelling this way again. Highly recommend this hotel.
