Cons:

Im Badezimmer war Duschkopf und Seifenspender kaputt. Deshalb war es rutschig im Bad. Lebensgefahr! Wc schale war wackelig. Aufforderungen zum Austausch/Rep. wurden ignoriert. Ich war Anfang April dort und es war noch sehr kühl... Es wurde nicht zentral geheizt. Die Antwort zu meiner Nachfrage war, dass sie Energiekosten sparen müssen. Also wurde ich wieder ignoriert. Im ganzen Aufenthalt von Tagen wurde das Zimmer nicht geputzt. Die Antwort zu neiner Nachfrage war, dass die Putzdamen keine Zeit haben... Alle Beschwerden wurden immer wieder ignorier.

Best sleep and a warm feeling in the heart of Izmir
Pros:

The owner is really sweet but the person who we feel really obliged to is his son-in-law who runs the café. Incredibly helpful,always there for everything we might need or ask. We felt moved by the way he took care of us and our motorcycle and he is a very interesting guy to meet.Great location too, very central and the room wasn't only spacious and comfortable but also surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our sleep there after a long ride. Best pillows ever!!!

Pros:

The property offered very good value for money and was a great practical choice for our stay. It was clean, had plenty of space in the room, and included a large refrigerator, which was very convenient. There were no unnecessary luxury features, but everything essential was there and worked well. The hot water was reliable, which was especially important, and the location was excellent. Another major advantage was the free parking, which made our stay much easier.

Another great advantage was the area around the hotel. Right nearby there was an amazing bakery with very fresh products, as well as several local grill shops serving delicious regional specialties, kebabs, and other traditional dishes at very affordable prices. It made the location even more enjoyable and convenient for meals and snacks throughout the day.

Cons:

On the downside, the room was quite basic and did not offer any luxury or premium amenities—though to be fair, we were not paying for a luxury stay. The main issue was that the windows did not have proper blackout blinds/shutters, so it was difficult to fully block out the light.
