Det helt store problem er, at hotellet ligger ved siden af en natklub eller lignende, så der er larm hele natten.
Værelserne var af meget forskellig standard, vi var ikke heldige i lotteriet.

Шумно. Грязно. Все старарое, заляпанное, грязное, начиная с дверей, заканчивая деталями в номере. Вся ткрритория в плохом обветшалом состоянии. Меня заселили в номер, отличающийся того, что был на фото. В номере не было ни мыла, ни полотенца, ни одеяла.

Good room but unusual/dis-jointed accommodation layout.

Nothing major. Overall a great experience

The Wi-Fi was very poor and I was unable to connect. There was no mirror in the room and no table lamp, so I had to get up to turn the lights on and off. The washroom door lock was broken and could not be locked.

Purtroppo la musica che arriva dai locali adiacenti la notte è veramente forte, fino verso le 2 del mattino. Soprattutto in alcune camere è impossibile dormire in quelle condizioni.

The breakfast is served at the table, not a buffet. Limited variety.
The room is clean, bed and bathroom yet the floor is not very clean

Booking.com led us to believe it was close to Antalya Airport 450 metres and it turned out to be a 20 minute taxi drive away costing us £15 each way. I chose the particular room as it looked very spacious and we were put in a very inferior one. A very disappointing experience.

One needs to take into a consideration the fact that city center location means a lot, and I mean literally tons of loud music around(as if you are on the dance floor while being in your bed). But again, if you expect it, especially if you are awake till 1 am, that wouldn’t be a big deal.
Hot water lack is also part of the city center location. From time to time you might have issues with hot water.
Also, as a small tip for future, it would be great to start updating the towels:)

Room Issues and Service Concerns

• Toiletries Inconsistency:
The room was supplied with two shampoo bottles, but they were noticeably different in color and type. This could have been a minor housekeeping oversight. I understand that such small details can sometimes be missed, especially when communication is limited. I explained this as simply as possible, and although it wasn’t a major issue, it did raise a question about attention to detail.
• Hot Water Problem (Sink):
On the first day, the sink had no hot water. I informed the staff, and while they acknowledged the issue, no one came to inspect it. Eventually, the hot water started working again on its own. The conversation involved me speaking slowly and simply, and in some moments, we used Google Translate to make ourselves understood. While I understand that language may have played a role in the lack of follow-up, I would have appreciated some form of update or check-in.
• Inconsistent Shower Temperature:
The shower water kept turning cold during use. I explained this issue to the staff using basic English and gestures, and sometimes needed to use Google Translate when there was confusion. I understand technical issues can occur, and the staff tried to understand, but the problem continued throughout the stay without being resolved.
• Broken Shower Head Holder:
There was no holder for the shower head, which made showering quite difficult. I had to report this three separate times to reception over two days. Each time, I spoke slowly and clearly, and at one point the staff used Google Translate to understand me better. Although the issue was eventually fixed, the delay in resolving it was frustrating, especially since it required multiple follow-ups.
• Non-Functional Fridge Socket:
The fridge in the room wasn’t working due to a broken power socket.

Night club in next street with loud music until the early ours which can be annoying if it's not your thing, doesn't bother me as I'm a bit of a night owl myself
