Hotel molto bello e personale davvero professionale.
Pros:

Ottimo servizio (in particolare il giovane Driver, il barman che cura anche la parte spa e Michela del ristorante), cura dei dettagli nell'arredamento delle camere e di tutto l'hotel con materiali di qualità.

Bel soggiorno, ma qualcosa non mi è piaciuto

- cortesia del personale
- vicinanza al centro
- piscina esterna riscaldata
- letto comodo
- kit per cani con cuccia e ciotole

Cons:

- camera superior senza “poggia valigie” e armadio molto piccolo
- cattivo odore per 4 giorni sia in camera che zona ascensore e scale
- Wi-Fi debole e Smart tv senza app. Solo YouTube che non funzionava e non caricava
- parcheggio non sufficiente per tutte le auto. Sì devonoa lasciare le chiavi alla reception e loro ti spostano la macchina in altri parcheggi. Questo mi ha dato fastidio.
- colazione a là carte e non a buffet con alcune scelte non disponibili per tutto il soggiorno come lo yogurt greco

Hotel décoré avec énormément de goût, un personnel digne des plus grands palaces qui vous fait sentir vraiment privilégié. Tout est si bon au restaurant qu’on a envie de tester toute la carte.
