A beautiful, comfortable, very clean and cosy hotel, its location is superb – close to the town's main promenade and, in the opposite direction, to the gondola lift. A fantastic ski room with boot drying stations and ventilated, lockable wardrobes. Easy access to the gondola station is provided by a shuttle bus; you can also take the hotel elevator and walk from the top floor via a traversing street. We used the other option when returning to the hotel after a day of skiing. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities (and the coffee was excellent!), and a carafe of drinking water, which was constantly refilled. A pleasant feature of the hotel was the small swimming pool on the terrace, where you could relax after skiing and enjoy the view of the surrounding peaks. The hotel restaurant offers exquisite dishes, but the dull aura on our first evening put us off, so we dined in the town's restaurants the following days. Breakfasts were good, although you shouldn't expect fresh salads or vegetables.
Una menzione speciale per la ragazza alla reception nella mattinata di domenica e lunedi molto attenta, gentile e professionale. Da premiare!!!
Amazing view from the room, the terrace and also from the restaurant. We had the room with the large terrace and it was really nice.
Very close to ski lift and walkable distance to restaurants and shops.
Nice atmosphere in the hotel, newly renovated, convenient to have the shuttle available and the ski rental across the street.
The ski room was well equipped and with good storage space.
The reception staff was kind and helpful, provided information about the ski passes and helped us to buy them. There was a problem with the lock from the door and it was remediated the next day very swiftly.
The massage was really good and the masseuse had such a warm and nice energy - she even changed her schedule to accommodate the massages for us. I definitely recommend it.
Very little storage place for belongings in the room for 2 people - considering that this is a ski destination, therefore bulky equipment and larger close are to be expected - one full closet was used just for mini bar, coffee maker and seif.
The bed was not very comfortable, but the pillows and blankets were.
The breakfast was a disappointment, not necessarily in terms of quality (even though it was not spectacular with the store bought waffles, just to give an example), but in terms of availability - at 8:30 there were 3-4 slices of cheese available, 3-4 slices of fruit, the bread was almost over and until 9:20 when we left breakfast, nothing has been replaced. This happened every morning for the 4 days we stayed. The staff seemed bored and uninterested in delivering quality service. At 9:30 they were already preparing the restaurant for lunch and it gave us the feeling we need to rush and get out of there, even though the breakfast was until 10 AM.
The car keys were with the hotel staff the entire time, so they could move the cars in the parking lot, but when we left, it was clear that the car has been used for other purposes as well, It was dirty not only on the driver's side, but also on the passengers side. As we had a flight to catch, we didn't have time to address that with the reception when we left, but this was such in poor taste.
All these many small details hindered the experience and I find them unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
We were here mid April, so not in full season, and with this price it was a decent value for money. However, I would not return and pay full price in the peak ski season.
The spa was excellent and great after a days skiing . Breakfast was always very good and the staff were all excellent. Everyone on reception was very helpful and kind
Need more space for clothes in the bedroom, only 3 small drawers. Also could do with more hooks to hang things.
The staff at the bar were very unhappy and not very nice to us when we asked for some ice to take to our room .
Excellent location close to piste, ski lifts and short walk into town. Slightly elevated position with a stunning terrace with heated outdoor pool with amazing views. Excellent restaurant and staff were all superb
Nothing
The staff are amazing. Friendly and helpful. Loved the spa facilities and had a great massage. Had a good meal and great wine in the restaurant. Shuttle was a nice touch
Our bathroom smelled a bit off when we first arrived, and the toilet squirts water out the side onto the floor every time you flush. It was pretty gross!
Location, staff, food, facilities all top notch.
The hotels location was exceptional, both to the village and to the mail ski lift. The Breakfast was one of the best I ever had, generous menu of choices from a ál la carte menu on top of the regular stuff. The hotel was modern and the very nicely decorated. The pool was also a great way to relax after a day of skiing.
Hard to find anything, might be that the wet sauna was so hot so you couldn´t use it. Even the dry sauna was also to hot.
Good room. Excellent location. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Cooked food ready very quickly. Unlimited filtered water.
Buffet selection could be better. More toast to be available and to be browned both sides!
