Cons:

Otelin genelinde gürültü sorunu var. Otoyol, demiryolu, havalandırma sistemi, çarpılarak kapanan kapılar, diğer odalardan gelen gürültüler vs. sebeplerle 3 kez oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca Booking.com üzeeinden gönderdiğim mesajlara bakmadılar bile. Rezervasyon sırasında bana Booking.com un verdiği bilgiler de eksik veya yanlıştı. Mesela 100$ depozito alınacağı rezervasyon şartlarında yok, ama otel talep etti. Booking.com da Otelin park yeri olmadığı veya park için gecelik 10$ istendiği gibi yanlış bilgiler veriliyor. Hilton grubundaki oteller ile Booking.com arasında ciddi iletişim sorunları var.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The hotel is nice and very clean, and since is new, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was more than good, with hot food, fruits, juices, muffins, waffles, and cereal. The location is also very convenient, with the BART station about a 3-minute drive away and several stores nearby.

Cons:

The main downside was the noise. The soundproofing could definitely be better, as we could hear people walking in the room above us, guests passing through the hallway, and conversations outside the room.

The bedsheets were not as good as expected. They felt quite thin and were not as soft or fluffy. The pillows also sank very easily and did not provide much support. The bedding quality could definitely be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

Missed opportunities when compared to other hotels that are really trying to get you to come back.

I staff nice, parking good.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive and it was burnt. We didn’t want the buffet so paid for a meal, but eggs overcooked and the veggies in the omelette were burnt. Also, the train kept passing during sleep hours. Neighbors loud. There also wasn’t anything that said you had to order dinner downstairs and take it to your room yourself?? Why wouldn’t you offer room service? In a day when you can get door dash directly to deliver to your room the hotel can’t? Seems like a missed opportunity for hospitality first. Next time we will stay somewhere else. Or if you have someone stay more than one night put them on the side without the trains.
