اهتمام الطاقم والموقع و سعة الشقة والنظافة والقرب من المطاعم والتسوق وخدمة التوصيل من المطار بسعر معقول وعدم وجود مرتفع في الطريق للذها والرجوع للشقة
الاصوات من الشارع + تحتاج تجديد لمفارش الأسرة + ضيق المصعد

الموقع تحفه ومنطقه راقيه فيها كل شئ قريبه من مترو ومول وأهم شي الشقه نادرا تلاقي في نفس المنطقه بنفس النضافه والمساحه و استاذ هاني واستاذ وليد قمة في الاحترام والمساعدة في أي شيء تجربة سكن رائعه وتمنيت إني أزود اقامه عندهم لكن للأسف كانت محجوزه كامله
حسن الاحترام والاستقبال من الموظفين هاني وليد انس وتعاونهم معنا في كل مانطلب وايضا سمو اخلاقهم مع الضيوف

We had a great stay at this apartment. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with three air-conditioned rooms, two bathrooms, and reliable internet. The location is excellent and very central, which means it can be a bit noisy at times, but we expected that and felt it was a fair trade-off for being in such a convenient area.
The TV is old and does not have Netflix, but that was not an issue for us since we did not use the television during our trip.
The building itself is beautiful and well maintained. Travelers should note that this is an apartment rather than a traditional hotel. There is no hotel lobby, restaurant, or bar, but that was exactly what we expected when booking a furnished apartment. One of the biggest advantages is the surrounding area. The metro, Metrobus, and bus stops are all within walking distance. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, shopping centers, ATMs, and other services nearby. There is also a beautiful mosque directly across from the apartment, basically everithing you need.
The check-in process was smooth and easy. The staff contacted us before arrival, provided clear instructions, and the building has a secure entry system, which made us feel safe.
Overall, this is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a comfortable, well-located apartment. We would happily stay here again.

الشقة قريبة من جميع ما تحتاجه مثل البقالة والمطاعم المسجد ومحطة المترو تبعد 6 دقايق تقريباً وجواهر مول يبعد تقريباً 4 دقايق

Very comfortable, cozy, clean enough. Value for money. Staff were extremely welcoming, polite and helpful. Special thanks to Hani, Enes and Wahid; wonderful guys. The location was just the one I needed. It's like a hub to everywhere, so convenient. Families can seriously consider.
The excessive restaurant air conditioner noise in my terrace, the food smell from neighbor restaurants at the entrance.
It was as spacious as the pictures show, which was great coming from the old center. Good airco in all rooms. Good beds
The bathroom got wet when using the shower, which we pointed out, so it will likely get fixed. You do have street noise, so easy to solve with ear plugs
The guys who are managing the apartment are so so supportive, also they are in contact with tenants 24 hours either via what’ up or phone call.. Furthermore, the location is perfect especially that is only few minutes away from the biggest mall in Istanbul.
موقع إستثنائي وطاقم عمل إحترافي من الأستاذ هاني وفريق عمله حيث ولظروف الطيران تواصلت معهم بعد الحجز لتأخير الحجز لليلة واحدة وتجاوبوا معنا وعند المغادرة تم تمديد المغادرة إلى الساعة الثالثة بحسب طلبي والذي تجاوبوا معه مشكورين حيث كان حجزنا لشقة من غرفتين وصالة إضافة لحجز آخر لآستديو تمت ترقيته آلى شقه من غرفتين من قبل الإستاذ هاني مشكوراً

اتمنى منهم اغلاق بلكونة الشقة رقم 14 الدور السابع او تغييير شفاط الدخان حق المطعم لانه مزعج واذا فتحت البلكونة دخلت عليك رائحة المطعم
