Very very old hotel
Pros:

24/7 reception desk

Cons:

Everything looks very, very old. The towels haven't been changed since the hotel opened. The bathroom doors and the bathroom itself are very old, and the wooden doors are falling apart. The switches don't all work, and the air conditioners are filthy, old, and uncleaned. It just makes you want to cry in this hotel.

Vale hizmeti son derece profesyoneldi; vale personeli de oldukça nazik ve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu gayet iyi, kahvaltısı da beklentilerimizi karşıladı.

Cons:

Rezervasyonumuzu yaklaşık iki hafta önceden, özellikle sigara içilmeyen oda olarak yapmamıza rağmen, bize verilen oda yoğun şekilde sigara kokuyordu. İlk odaya koku nedeniyle yerleşemedik. İkinci odamıza baktığımızda da aynı şekilde yoğun sigara kokusunu fark ettik.

Bunun üzerine resepsiyona inerek durumu anlattık ve oda değişimi talep ettik. Ancak verilen diğer odaya çıktığımızda, o odanın da yoğun şekilde sigara koktuğunu fark ettik. Tekrar resepsiyona indiğimizde otelde başka müsait oda olmadığı, istersek odalarda ozon temizliği yapılabileceği söylendi. Açıkçası başka bir alternatif de sunulmadığı için bunu kabul etmek zorunda kaldık.

Biz de odaların temizlenmesini istedik ve birkaç saat otel dışında kaldık. Akşam döndüğümüzde ise kokunun hâlâ devam ettiğini gördük. Sabah kat görevlisinden öğrendiğimize göre bize oda verilen kat zaten sigara içilen katmış. Üstelik odalarda kül tablası bulunuyordu.

Bu durum bir hassasiyet meselesi değil; sigara içilmeyen oda rezervasyonu yapan misafire, sigara içilen katta oda verilmesi ciddi bir hizmet kusurudur. Üstelik bu son dakika yapılmış bir rezervasyon da değildi; yaklaşık iki hafta önceden yapılmış bir rezervasyondu. 5 yıldızlı bir otelde en temel beklenti, temiz ve rezervasyon şartlarına uygun bir odadır.

Maalesef bu deneyim bizim için büyük bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Sigara içilmeyen oda tercih eden misafirlerin bu konuda özellikle dikkatli olmasını öneririm.

It was a good stay good restaurant
Pros:

Cooperation of the reception staff especially who was in the evening time

Cons:

I don’t like two things
1- Rama , bistro is was not good where I sat for about 15 minutes and no one come to say hello or take the order
2- the gym is very simple and the devices should be changed to global trademark like technogym or life fitness especially for treadmill and others for an aerobic training
And choose one devise for legs, back
