Pristine beach. Nearby foods stall. Not that far off from city.

Cons:

Perhaps can provide extra towel since visitor will be going to the beach. Need extra towel for the beach and normal shower.

Terrible. Stay away from this place.
Pros:

On the beach.

Cons:

Noisy at it right as it is located on the side of the main road. Aircond was not cold and turned off by itself. Complained to owner, no action taken. Commode was leaking pretty bad. Sent video to owner, no action taken. There were 3 rooms on our floor, only ours is occupied, I expected the owner to move us to one of these rooms after we complained about the AC and commode, but sadly nothing done. Very very bad customer service.
