Jederzeit wieder gerne, hat aber auch seinen Preis.
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet, ebenso das Bad. Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend.

Cons:

Parken im Parkhaus gegenüber war zu teuer, ansonsten keine Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden.

Jó helyen van a szálloda a központban.

Cons:

Olyan szobát kaptunk, amelyhez mozgássérült fürdőszoba volt. Mivel egészségesek vagyunk, jelentős kényelmetlenséget okozott a térdmagasságban levő mosdó, a zuhanyfülke helyett csak műanyag függöny volt, a csaptelephez alig lehetett hozzáférni a kapaszkodók miatt, nem volt piperepolc.

Geräumiger, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Ideale Lage im Victorian Quarter, Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Auf der Seite von Booking.com wird angegeben, dass das Hotel über einen Parkplatz verfügt. Das ist falsch. Gegenüber gibt es ein Parkhaus, jedoch wird einem erst bei Check in ein Zettel ausgehändigt, wie man vorab online einen Parkplatz mit Rabatt buchen kann. Andere Hotel schaffen es, solche Informationen den Gästen vorab per Mail zukommen zu lassen.

Beim Frühstück gab es glutenfreies Brot auf Anfrage. Bis es serviert wurde verging auch nach mehrfachen Nachfragen eine halbe Stunde.

Great location. The staff were very friendly. We had mentioned it was our "mini moon" after getting married and they made a lovely gesture of leaving us some whiskey, Bailey's, chocolates and a card saying congratulations. Connection to the moxy hotel next door with a nice bar that had board games was brilliant. Nice small gym. Good breakfast options. Queen studio has everything you need, including self catering options. Air con was a big plus in the hot weather and tap water being drinkable is very handy, (instead of buying lots of bottles in the shop).

Cons:

Nothing really, except the TV was a little awkward. It didn't seem to be a smart TV and we couldn't connect to our Netflix.

Das Rezeptionspersonal (1 Mitarbeiterin), die nicht die Kompetenz hatte, einen Streit unter Gästen zu schlichten. Stattdessen rief sie die Polizei, um den Sachverhalt zu klären. Unterirdisch 😬
