Quirky property and beatifilly presented
Liked location & bar staff were exceptional.
Asked for twin beds as 2 friends sharing but were 2 close. Beds uncomfortable & noisy when you moved in them. Thought the reception staff were not very welcoming.
Great location in the city centre. Elegant room and very comfortable. Lovely chocolate truffles as gift in room.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
We were put in a room that overlooked the bins and storage area, which wasn't very nice to look at. On a very hot night of the year, the windows didn't open properly to get any breeze through. The toilet had a very weak flush. Considering this was £250 for one night, we expected a higher quality of offering.

Amazing hotel with a history, so central you could fall out of bed and be at Betty's for afternoon tea. Staff are very professional with a human face and many actually appear to love their job. Food is spot on and breakfast substantial in lovely surroundings.

Impressive building and excellent location. The staff were lovely and very friendly.
The room was absolutely minute, the window opened about one inch. It was stuffy and hot. The shower wasn’t clean. Very poor value for money. I did. It have the option to see the quality of the room on the website. I would not have chosen it if I had. I would have opted for a standard premier inn type room for considerably less money.
