Cons:

Movernos con el cochecito de mi bebé fue incómodo en ciertas áreas, como por ejemplo en la recepción que sólo había acceso por escalera, y también en la pasarela de piedra y césped descenso hacia la piscina y zona de playa. Luego todo realmente hermoso.

Pros:

Sicuramente nella miglior posizione del Gargano, l'hotel e' molto curato e il personale attento e presente. Colazione veramente abbondante ed eccezionale sia per il dolce che il salato. Si scende in spiaggia tramite una scalinata panoramica oppure tramite ascensore e si può scegliere se utilizzare la spiaggia attrezzata dell'hotel (a pagamento) oppure l'adiacente spiaggia libera. Ho soggiornato un po' più lontano nella zona delle ville e la camera era molto spaziosa.

Cons:

A voler essere pignola, il bagno era un po' datato ma comunque molto funzionale ed eventualmente avrei compreso nel prezzo anche il servizio spiaggia. Un po' difficoltoso inoltre contattare la reception, ma piccole cose che non hanno certo rovinato il piacevole soggiorno.

Pros:

Un soggiorno piacevole in una cornice splendida

La struttura si trova in un contesto davvero incantevole. La spiaggia privata è meravigliosa, ben organizzata e affacciata su un mare splendido; anche la piscina rappresenta un piacevole spazio in cui rilassarsi.

La colazione è ottima, varia e curata. Un particolare apprezzamento va al personale della reception, sempre estremamente gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Anche la pulizia merita una nota di merito: ogni ambiente era impeccabile.

Ci sono tuttavia alcuni aspetti che, a mio parere, potrebbero essere migliorati. La doccia, sistemata sopra la vasca e protetta solo parzialmente, lascia facilmente fuoriuscire l’acqua sul pavimento. Inoltre, la pressione dell’acqua è piuttosto bassa: suggerirei di installare un soffione nuovo e di rendere la chiusura della vasca più funzionale.

Un altro punto riguarda la privacy della camera: affacciando direttamente su una zona di passaggio, sia i pedoni sia le persone nelle automobili possono vedere facilmente all’interno, rendendo necessario tenere spesso le tende chiuse. Una schermatura più adeguata renderebbe il soggiorno decisamente più confortevole.

Nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata positiva, soprattutto grazie alla bellezza della spiaggia e della piscina, all’eccellente colazione, alla pulizia impeccabile e alla squisita cortesia del personale.

Pros:

We loved that the property is on the cliff and the view was stunning also the beach is very beautiful. Our first dinner was amazing it’s was a Puglian night were we had a buffet with traditional music. We really enjoyed ourselves the guest were really nice and friendly and food was nice.

Cons:

Dinner menu and lunch menu is very limited. My husband ordered lamb from the dinner menu he got 3 small fried lamb chops for €25. Left the dinner hungry. Breakfast was good apart from the service. Staff seem to be very judgmental and not very friendly. Asked if it’s possible to change tables for dinner and got a straight rude NO with no explanation. However in the end they gave us another table I don’t know how maybe they felt bad in the end. At breakfast both days we had to wait a while for waiter to come to us but ended up going up to them to order a coffee and then waiting a while again for them to bring it to you. So I would recommend you order your coffee right away if you like having your coffee with your food and not after. I would recommend adding more choices on the menu and giving staff a better training. Although staff at the gate and drivers are amazing.
