Enttäuschendes Zimmer mit Wasserschaden

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Unser Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern. Im Bad war ein riesiger Schimmelfleck an der Decke und das Wasser floss im Strahl von der Decke. Das Zimmer wurde trotz des Wasserschadens vermietet. An der Rezeption wurden uns nur Handtücher gegeben die wir darunterlegen konnten aber diese haben nicht viel gebracht. Erst nach 2 Nächten wurde uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben, das dann auch aussah wie auf den Bildern bei der Buchung. Für die 2 Nächte gab es auch bisher keine Rückerstattung obwohl das Zimmer unbewohnbar und voller Kakerlaken war.

Por lo general, el personal muy agradable y el servicio bueno respecto al precio.
Cons:

Mala ubicación respecto a la calle en la que estaba, ya que, era una calle muy transitada y tiene muchos locales y bares nocturnos. A veces, se escuchaba la música de fuera.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, comodissimo per visitare il centro e prendere i mezzi.
Camera pulita, spaziosa, con aria condizionata e bagno comodo.
La camera era ben insonorizzata, non si sentivano rumori da fuori.

Good value for a sleep over mid travelling

Very central. Room nice fresh white. Air con machine was good. Nice little balcony. Shower head was lovely.
