LC Hotel Urbano

Pulizia della camera assente , mancanza di igiene , perdita di acqua dal soffitto , presenza di insetti in camera , camera non corrispondente alle foto . Molto deludente !

Desde que entras todo mal, no te saludan al entrar, el estado de la habitación deja bastante que desear, las sábanas y toallas (bueno toalla pq me dejaron una y éramos dos) sucias. Parece todo sucio, da la sensación como que no hubieran cambiado las sábanas (trabajo en el sector, se de lo que hablo). La basura del baño estaba sin cambiar del cliente anterior. Nada recomendable, no volvería de ninguna manera, decepcionante. El mantenimiento,la limpieza y el personal no son buenos, es la realidad. Supongo q a la propiedad le dará igual la puntuación y los comentarios y quieren invertir poco e ingresar, pero dan un servicio lamentable.
No me gusta dejar malos comentarios, prefiero omitirlos y no decir nada, pero este hotel es pésimo.

The lift

The bathroom's door was broken on the half way. The tv and fridge not working.
I guess maintenance is not applicable to this hotel. Not sure if the bedlinen was clean.

Cuando llegamos no teniamos toallas y perdia agua la cisterna del water todos los dias, lo vinierón a arreglar pero seguia perdiendo igual y ni vinierón a mirarlo, las camas incomodas, la nevera de la habitación no funcionaba, tenia grietas la habiración

Firstly we were given a room that was very disappointing, we hadn’t a window or a balcony but a door/ window that looked out into a dirty porch. I went to the reception & was told I would have to come down in the morning to change the room. This I did & got our room changed at 2o’clock the third day. When we moved into the new room our towels were on the bed I took mine up & discovered it was covered in tan/makeup. I had to follow the cleaning lady & change it. The last night there was a cockroach in the bathroom.
At the time of booking I could see what resembled a coffee pot on a side table. That’s as far as it goes.

PERONNEL GENTILS

Almohadas pésimas, el aire acondicionado perdia agua y estaba parte de los rodapies estaban dañados por el agua, la mampara de la ducha no corre bien y se atasca ,la ventana de la habitacion daba a un patio lleno de maquinas de aire acondicionado y suciedad y la iluminacion del lavabo es insuficiente

The only downside was that the house itself was old (it was renovated but not fixed - we had some water leaking through the bathroom and the bathroom door did’t close properly). But otherwise everything was excelent and I would definetly reccomand it!

NOT suitable for women travelling on their own !! men aggressively banging on my door all night and trying to unlock my room from the outside, bad and scary experience, staff were nice and place was clean enough but none of that matters if you feel unsafe sleeping there
