General good
Breakfast we would like to see more fresh salad fruits.
Good price and location. Also de staff is very attentive, kind and available 24 hours for help.
At night the street could be a little bit noisy, but is part of the town.

If we requested to pay by card, they charged an additional 3%.
There was no water in the hotel for more than four hours. When we asked the owner about it, he simply said there was nothing he could do since there was no supply.
The shower barely worked as most of the holes were clogged, and the toilet flush was not functioning.
Overall, it was the worst hotel experience.
I loved my room. The staff were very pleasant always smiled, they ask if you need any help. There was a kettle and a fridge in my room and the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable.
There was nothing I didn't like as this was my 3rd stay at this hotel.

There was no Room Service. No night life
The hotel is a little outdated but it was clean and very good value for your money. The restaurant and bar at the rooftop were closed but there's an small pool with nice river view.
There's no breakfast option and couldn't find cafes near by if you're leaving early in the morning (8AM)

When it's 40c+ in Luxor, trust me, you need a cooling swimming pool! My son and I spent the afternoons in the pool everyday when it's too hot to sightsee. There is a sun shade that partially covers the water which is perfect. The lady on reception was very kind and welcoming and the hotel manager was very helpful in organising our taxis. Thank you
It is an old hotel in need of updating but for a budget hotel that is centrally located, with a pool, it's excellent value for money.
