Modernes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant, aber unzuverlässige Zimmertüren und wenig Kundenorientierung.
Pros:

Das Revier ist von aussen und innen sehr modern und stilvoll gestaltet – Zimmer, Bar und Gemeinschaftsbereiche überzeugen optisch. Unsere Family Cabin war im Sommer angenehm geräumig. Das Grill-Restaurant hat uns kulinarisch überzeugt, das Essen war wirklich gut. Auch das Frühstück bietet eine ordentliche Auswahl.

Cons:

Beim Preisniveau, das man hier bezahlt, dürfte die Frühstücksauswahl noch etwas besser sein – vieles wirkt spürbar auf Marge statt auf Qualität optimiert. Dass die Zimmerreinigung zusätzlich kostet, hat uns bei diesen Übernachtungspreisen ebenfalls erstaunt. Das Hotel setzt konsequent auf Digitalisierung (Buchung, Check-in, Türentriegelung nur per App, keine Rezeption) – das funktionierte bei uns leider nicht zuverlässig: Schon bei der Anreise liess sich unsere Zimmertür nicht öffnen, und ein paar Tage später standen wir fast eine Stunde vor verschlossener Tür, weil der Chef nicht vor Ort und das Personal nicht erreichbar war. Am meisten geärgert hat mich die fehlende Reaktion danach – keine Entschuldigung, keine Nachfrage. Erst als ich nach dem Check-out selbst aktiv wurde, wurde das überhaupt zur Kenntnis genommen. Bei diesem Preisniveau erwarte ich mehr Zuverlässigkeit und Kundenorientierung.

Emplacement parfait (très proche du parking et proche des installations). Très propre et très fonctionnel, idéal pour des clients qui aiment être autonomes. Petit déjeuner complet avec produits sans gluten.

L'emplacement est l'un des points fort ainsi que la literie qui est vraiment confortable.
L'aménagement est bien pensé et pratique. Suffisant pour un court séjour.
L'ensemble des services est de qualité.

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié quelques aménagements supplémentaires : miroir dans la chambre plutôt que l'unique de la sdb, un tapis pour la sortie de la douche. On peut s'en passer, mais ça apporte un petit confort supplémentaire.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Leider war es in unserem Zimmer viel zu heiss (27 Grad). Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Da vor Ort kein Personal verfügbar ist, haben wir uns telefonisch beschwert. Leider konnte via Telefon nichts unternommen werden. Am nächsten Tag haben wir einen kleinen Tischventilator erhalten, welcher aber zu klein war um Kühlung zu bringen.

Cons:

Smart design failure. The check-in procedure was very chaotic, as the automatic check-in didn't work. Smart access to room via phone not practical, a room card would be much better. The room with its seamless wooden walls and low ceiling feels very much claustrophobic. The AC didn't work. The extremely tiny window for getting some fresh air into the room was absolutely not enough. Access to bed only from one side, which means the person sleeping at the window must climb over the other person. Breakfast had very limited options. Scrambled (=steamed) eggs was another unbelievable failure. The gym looks nice at first sight, until you realize that all people walking on the street can see inside, so there is no privacy.
I get that some people may like this hipster style hotel, but I will definitely not stay here again. Fortunately, we stayed here only for one night.

Einchecken hat ewig gedauert - die Eingabe über das Tablet hat nicht wirklich gut funktioniert.

Design, Personal, Essen, Lage

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und ein Öffnen der Fenster nicht möglich. Bei 26 bis 28 Grad zu schlafen war nicht möglich. Hightech ohne Funktion ist halt schlechter als low tech. Wir haben zu sechst mit Abendessen un Übernachtung für eine Nacht deutlich mehr als 1.000 CHF ausgegeben. Für das Geld will man schlafen. Und eine Rezeption, die sich darum kümmern könnte, gibt es halt auch nicht.
