POSIZIONE TOP A LUGANO👌🏻
Pros:

Posizione TOP collegatissima con i bus 2&4 che ti portano nei punti chiave della città..2 fermate bus a pochi metri dall Hotel.

Cons:

Non capisco perchè la mia stanza non sia stata pulita e sistemata per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno.

Gutes Lage und sauber. Ziemlich günstig

Cons:

Keine Küchengeräte (kein Bestick und andere Küchengeräte).

Personal war nicht so freundlich.

The location and the ticino ticket are great..Receptionist Melisa, Badim esp. Ciara are excellent.

Verouderde en incomplete kamer
Pros:

Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ze hielpen ons goed bij de vragen die we hadden.

Cons:

In het keukenblok was niets aanwezig, geen borden, bestek of wat dan ook. Het keukenblok was helemaal leeg. We konden er dus niets mee. Op het aanrecht stonden alleen twee kleine glaasjes en twee kartonnen bekertjes. Ook hadden we geen dekbed, alleen een laken. Verder alleen een kartonnen bekertje in de badkamer. Het geheel is verouderd en bijvoorbeeld stukken van de deklaag op de deur.

Pros:

La posizione comoda, vicino sia al centro di Lugano che alla stazione. Dalla struttura ci si può muovere a piedi o in autobus, con fermata a pochi passi.

Cons:

La struttura è poco curata, soprattutto le camere (letto senza testiera, cassetti con delle viti al posto dei pomelli, tavoletta del WC usurata). Anche la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare (diversi residui nel bagno).
La struttura ha addebitato l’intero importo del soggiorno diversi giorni prima, diversamente da quanto specificato su Booking (la prenotazione specificava che il pagamento doveva essere saldato il giorno stesso dell'arrivo). A richiesta di chiarimento via email, non ho ricevuto né scuse né spiegazioni.

Posizione ottima, davanti alla fermata del bus che porta in centro.la ragazza della reception è stata disponibile e gentilissima. Camera con climatizzatore. Non ha parcheggio ma si trovano nelle vicinanze a 10 euro al giorno da pagare tramite un App.

Cons:

Sapevo che per un posto come Lugano questa era una struttura economica, però una TV in camera e un armadietto in bagno potevano metterlo.
