Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very good location with easy access. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. The hotel reception was beautifully decorated with many antique pieces, creating a warm and charming atmosphere. There was also a vending machine available with essentials and coffee.

The hotel is only a few stops away from the train station and can easily be reached by bus numbers 2 and 4. Bus number 4 also provides convenient access to the city centre and the lake area.

Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, there is a small restaurant nearby as well as a Shell shop at the neighbouring petrol station. Both open early and remain open until late, which was very convenient.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not very effective, so we had to keep the windows open at times. This made the room a bit noisy at times, but it was still manageable. We also experienced some issues with the hot and cold running water in the shower, although I assume this was only temporary. The rooms are quite small for an apartment, but probably they were as mentioned in the hotel description, so it was not unexpected.

Si tratta di una soluzione relativamente economica per gli standard di Lugano, lo staff è cordiale e la posizione è comoda sia per il centro sia per il quartiere Paradiso. Apprezzabili le molte prese nella stanza.

Cons:

La struttura non è nelle condizioni migliori: la prima notte abbiamo trovato un lago nella hall a causa di una perdita dal soffitto, e l'indomani per diverse ore è stata interrotta l'acqua. L'aria condizionata si percepisce a stento e un paio di interruttori delle luci non si spegnevano (occorreva staccare le lampade). Parcheggio della proprietà e parcheggi nei dintorni molto cari.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr arrogant und unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war auch nicht richtig sauber.

Wir haben extra ein Zimmer mit Küche gebucht, weil wir mit Kind gereist sind. Aber in der Küche gab es fast nichts – keine Teller, keine Töpfe, nichts zum Kochen. Das war sehr unpraktisch und enttäuschend.

Ich bin insgesamt sehr unzufrieden und werde nicht mehr in dieses Hotel kommen.

Pros:

L’emplacement avec arrêt de bus devant l’hôtel, l’insonorisation des fenêtres, le coin cuisine dans la chambre avec microondes (il faut prévoir les ustensilles car il y en a pas et c’est bien pour des questions l hygiène). J’ai très bien dormi.

Personnel au top. Bons conseils pour le parking. Avec l'application parkingpay, on peut avoir une autorisation de parking proche de l'hôtel à des prix raisonnables par rapport aux parkings publics.
