Bardzo fajny obiekt na pobyt w Lugano
Pros:

Bardzo sympatyczna i życzliwa obsługa, niezależnie od zmiany. Udzielają wielu użytecznych informacji, m.in. przysluguje darmowy dobowy karnet komunikacyjny. Fajna dostępność do obiektu, także po godzinach pracy recepcji. Miejsca parkingowe obok hotelu. Duże pokoje z zestawem do zrobienia herbaty czy czekolady (nie korzystaliśmy), czysta łazienka.
Przy obiekcie bistro i stacja benzynowa (nie jest czynna w nocy). Przystanek autobusowy blisko.

Cons:

Obiekt trochę oddalony od centrum Lugano i przy ruchliwym skrzyżowaniu, więc zatrzymanie się w celu zameldowania wymaga trochę kombinacji.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima per lo spostamento sia con i mezzi sia a piedi. La camera era accogliente per due persone e per soli due giorni è stata funzionale. Grazie al mini frigo abbiamo potuto conservare l'acqua e tenerla fresca, dato il caldo veramente assurdo. Alla reception sono stati molto gentili e cordiali.

Cons:

Purtroppo, essendo collocata in una zona trafficata, un piccolo problema è il parcheggio per chi viene con la propria auto soprattutto durante la settimana. L'informazione pervenuta tramite messaggistica era un po' forviante. Alla reception ci hanno saputo spiegare bene come funzionavano, ma non ci hanno indicato delle alternative anche vicine, scoperte solo dopo con Google Maps. Altra nota dolente è il condizionatore in camera, molto vecchio che non riusciva a rinfrescare la stanza neanche tenendolo accesso tutta la notte.

Dit was een van de goedkoopste hotel die ik kon vinden in Lugano. Na de recensies gelezen te hebben, had ik vraagtekens. Het hotel was echt super goed en ik snap niet waar sommige slechte reacties vandaan komen. Voor Zwitserse prijzen is dit zeer schappelijk.

De airco was wat oud en werkte niet heel erg goed.
