Plumbing a bit old. And also found a spider cricket in my room. Based on AI search, may be a common issue with older buildings in the neighborhood.

Loved the place and the staff. Maria was just so delightful. The cons are more than pros so I would come back again.

Great location and great staff. Clean and best bed ever! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Couple of hiccups that’s not entirely the hotels fault but made the stay a bit difficult. Elevator was out of service twice in a week. Once due to electricity outage and once for last couple days of our stay for a different reason. Also, the bar downstairs got really loud one night and made it impossible for us to sleep till after 1 am.

Ascensore fuori servizio- la camera, la 25 ha deluso le aspettative rispetto alle foto ed alle recensioni recenti caricate su Booking. Arredamento da rivedere totalmente. Forse siamo stati sfortunati ad avere l’unica camera non ristrutturata? Mancanza di praticità’ nelle piccole cose quali la macchina del caffè che comporta una lavorazione abbastanza impegnativa specialmente al risveglio

Buena ubicación, cerca de restaurantes. Cama cómoda. Nos guardaron el equipaje tanto el día que llegamos como cuando nos fuimos. Muy agradable el personal.

Cons:

Se escuchaba ruido del bar de abajo. La ducha no estaba bien cerrada y el agua se escapaba.

Cons:

El ruido del bar de abajo y que la puerta hacia al bar está abierta y tiene acceso al hotel, por otro lado toda la información impresa es en inglés y al estar en México sería agradable ver la comunicación en español y no solo para el turista americano.

Muchas gracias por la atención y amabilidad, desde que llegamos el personal fue muy atento y amable, no había electricidad parcial en el hotel pero fueron muy serviciales y nunca nos faltó nada, hasta me facilitaron un cepillo de dientes nuevo, que había olvidado llevar.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar el piso del baño, todo lo demás está perfecto
