Pros:

The staff flexibilty and their effort to ensure smooth communication regarless of the language Barrier.

Pros:

Nord Hotel is a very nice hotel. The room is huge and comes with a desk, a sofa, a fridge, a wardrobe, and a large, comfortable bed.
I stayed here on my last day in Baku, and the staff kindly allowed me to stay from 7:45 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., even though check-out was at noon(12:00), without charging any extra fee.
The price was only €27 for such a spacious room.
You can reach Koroğlu subway station with just 1 stop on the metro and take the H1 airport bus from there.

Cons:

The hotel is not located in the city center, but if you need to catch a flight, it's very convenient.

Great for visit Baku, not to far from downtown, grocery shops and malls near by and the personal is really good
Pros:

Personal is good, with a good sense of service and hospitality

Cons:

The room smells a lot a cigarette, maybe could be normal in the city but it was a deep smell of cigarette, but in general hotel was good

Value for money.

It is convenient for commute to city centre. Also all the shops are nearby.

It met my expectation. If the things I raise can be addressed it would certainly be a good hotel.
Pros:

Its wa very good at first but too inconsistent and the language was an issue

Cons:

Smoking. The employees of the hotel were smoking and that is not right as I am from a largely non smoking country. The linen must also be suited to the size of the bed

Good deal, provides what we needed near Olympic stadium.
Pros:

We needed to be near Baku Olympic stadium to participate in a conference and the location was ideal, plus we paid much less than those who stayed in the city center.

Metro nearby was helpful.

The front desk staff was always available, received packages for me and permitted a much needed late checkout.

Cons:

Other than front desk, communication was hard so for example in the dining room, it was hard to communicate what we needed.

One of our group's rooms had several mosquitoes.

Pros:

AVOID this hotel. I ve spent just 1 night there and got SCABIES from this hotel. I requested non smoking room, but got a room with cigarette smell.

Cons:

Началась чесотка наутро после проведенной ночи в этом отеле. Комната была насквозь прокуренной. Избегайте этот мотель если вам дорог ваш комфорт.
