Cleanliness
4
Conflicting reports: one guest called the hotel 'spotless and well maintained', another reported it as 'very dirty and mal mantenido' — overall poor cleanliness due to the serious negative report.
Service
10
Generally excellent: one review praises staff as 'very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help'; negative comment notes limited English but not poor attentiveness.
Location
10
Very positive: described as 'very convenient' and 'very close to the train station' in the reviews.
Room Quality
5.7
Mixed to negative: one reviewer called the furniture 'bastante deteriorado' (quite worn/deteriorated); another implied rooms were well maintained — overall below average.
Amenities
7
Limited: breakfast is available but there is 'no bar service' and some amenities appear lacking, so amenities are middling.
Value for Money
8.1
Standard quality for this hotel tier (not mentioned explicitly in the reviews).
Food and Beverage
10
Breakfast described as 'excellent, with a wide choice of fresh and tasty food'; absence of a bar affects amenities but breakfast scores are excellent.
Overall Experience
10
Mixed but strongly positive for at least one stay: one guest states 'Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again'; the negative review lowers some category scores but overall sentiment includes strong positives (staff, location, breakfast).

Mal Hotel
Pros:

Ok stay for one or more nights
Pros:

They had dinner buffet (with drinks) and that provided much choices also for western peoples. Room was very clean and enough space even longer visits.

Cons:

Breakfast should have more choices as "western style". I did not find even chef to make omelets with fillings I like.

Good price
Pros:

location, staff was very amicable, accommodating and extremely friendly. they were very attentive to every detail of our stay!

Cons:

unfortunately the hotel is in bad shape. in the rooms you could see the water damage in the walls and ceilings near the shower head. the A/C was not working properly and I had to open the window for fresh air and it was not enough.
