Grant and his staff were warm and welcoming and made me feel at home from the start of my stay. The room had everything you would need (the fridge & the tower cool fan were a huge plus in the hot weather) and it was exceptionally clean, a big thing for me. It is a short walk to the seafront, the evening meal available was fresh and tasty, Grant promptly sorted the only issue I had (with the wate) so I have nothing negative to say about the Bedford Inn. Thank you I will definitely make a return.

What an absolute gem of a place.

We stayed for one night this weekend and from the moment we walked through the door, Grant and his team made us feel genuinely welcome. It's rare these days to find hospitality that feels so natural and effortless, but that's exactly what we experienced at The Bedford Inn.

Nothing was too much trouble, every member of the team was friendly, approachable and clearly takes real pride in looking after their guests. The atmosphere throughout the pub was warm, relaxed and inviting, making it feel more like visiting friends than staying away from home.

The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great night's stay. The food and drinks were excellent, and the overall service was first class from start to finish.

Grant has clearly built an amazing team, and it shows in every interaction. Customer service like this deserves to be recognised because it's becoming increasingly hard to find.

Thank you to Grant and everyone at The Bedford Inn for making our stay so enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to return and will happily recommend you to anyone looking for fantastic food, comfortable accommodation and, above all, exceptional hospitality.

The property is in an excellent location, just a short and pleasant walk from both the town and the beach. The room was beautifully decorated, and the owner and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The girl who welcomed us was excellent, she was super helpful with our last minute requests. I was so tired after our long trip, I didn’t get the chance to thank her, she was patient and kind. The room was amazing! We checked other places for the same price in town and this room was miles better. Clean, tidy, great design, total surprise and did not expect this from a pub-hotel. Fresh towels rolled up on the bed, view overlooking a palm tree and the garden. 10/10 value for money.

A lovely deluxe room, modern and nicely decorated. Free parking is available on the street behind, and Wi-Fi worked well.

Not overlooked, near town and harbour, quiet, v reasonable price, no kitchen available when we visited but that was reflected in price so not worried. Friendly staff.
