とても快適でした。
Pros:

シングルのお部屋でしたが、広くて清潔感もありとても良かったです。

Cons:

全体的にキレイな印象でしたが、初日、洗面所の隅の方に毛が落ちていたこと、連泊だったのですが、インスタントコーヒーとミルクの補充が、2日目、3日目共にコーヒーとミルクのセットではなく、ミルクが2本のままになっていたのが残念でした。
あと、ゴミ箱にかかっているビニール袋が浅すぎて、ゴミを捨てにくかったので、ゴミ箱の大きさに合わせて底まで届く大きさにしていただけたら良いなと感じました。

Die Größe des Zimmers und das man ein Onsen im Hotel hatte. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof.

Cons:

Leider fehlten BILDER an den Wänden des Hotelzimmer um es noch gemütlicher erscheinen zu lassen.

部屋のニオイ解消に感謝
Pros:

部屋のニオイが気になり、フロントに相談したところ、オゾン消臭を提案頂き、換気を含めて１時間半ほどかかるとのことでした。丁度夕食に出掛けるタイミングでしたので消臭作業をお願いし、２時間ほどで部屋に戻るとニオイは解消しており、気持ち良く就寝出来ました。
迅速、適切な対応に感謝してます。

Cons:

部屋着が浴衣タイプでしたが、私としては、パジャマタイプだったら良かったです。

快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

北海道大学でのイベントのために利用しましたがとても近くて便利でした。また最上階の大浴場にあった露天風呂が混みあっておらず、ゆっくり利用できてとても良かったです。

Cons:

２泊しましたが、途中にごみの回収をお願いできたらよかったと思います。（お願いしたらできたのかもしれません。）
