Fantastic location and wonderful staff, but the persistent cigarette smoke smell was a deal breaker
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, just steps from the beautiful Haeundae Beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés and shops.

We stayed for four nights as a family of four in a Corner Suite with Sea View. The suite was very spacious and the beds were big and OK. While the room was large, the layout could have been designed better, as a significant part of the main room was unused space. The kitchen also did not include any kitchenware, which apparently has to be rented separately from the reception.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our first room had a strong smell of old cigarette smoke. As the hotel was fully booked, they kindly provided scented candles and moved us to another room on a higher floor the following day. We appreciated their efforts, but the second room also had a noticeable smoke smell. It was less severe, but still present throughout our stay.

We also used the gym, but only once, as it was functional, but the equipment was quite old and worn. There were no towels, drinking water or cleaning supplies available, which made the facilities feel somewhat neglected.

While we genuinely appreciated the hotel’s excellent location and the kindness of the staff, the persistent cigarette smoke smell in both rooms was a deal breaker for us. It significantly affected our stay, and unfortunately it is the reason we would not choose to stay here again.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the persistent smell of old cigarette smoke. We had to change rooms after the first night, but the second room also had a noticeable smoke smell. For us, this was a deal breaker.

The suite was very spacious, but the layout was inefficient, leaving a lot of unused space. The kitchen did not include any kitchenware unless rented separately from reception.

The gym could also use an upgrade. The equipment was old and worn, and there were no towels, drinking water, or cleaning supplies available for guests.

忘了帶房卡 向櫃台索取房卡時只是問了房號就提供了 完全沒有要確認房客身分讓人感覺很不當一回事

Cons:

Бассейн не работает с 19:00-10:00 , при том что заселение с 15:00 , а выселение в 11:00. Так же снимая номер на 4 человек , в бассейн бесплатно могут пройти только 2 человека. В бассейне можно плавать только в плавательной шапочке. Так же глубина бассейна составляет 1.1метр

excellent location of the hotel, just across the beach and with other sight seeing places quite accessible.. the vibes just outside the hotel is unbelievable.

Cons:

changing the elevator at 4th level is cumbersome. furniture placement in the room could have been planned better. the room had only partial ocean view and not fully.

My stay was decent but not ideal.
Pros:

The staff were nice, location amd view.

Cons:

For the price there were no towels- you had to get them from the front desk. The pool was not open and there were no pictures on the wall and breakfast wasnt included for the price. It also took too many different elevators to get to Suncloud and trash was outside the hotel all the time on the ground. I didnt see security around at any time like at other hotels.

they didn't have bath towel. had call and told to visit the reception. they didn't really understand what we meant of no bath towel in the rooms. after some struggle. we were provided.

the room come with a pantry with no utensils. some what strange in most given accommodation provision with a pantry.

The pillows was terrible, 1 per head with no extra and the pillow is rather low shape(flat) does provide an uncomfortable sleep.

bathroom the toilet and bath area are linked together. hence for a 4pax user is a tug of war.

Poor quality except for bathroom, not very clean, kitchen was useless so completely setting the wrong expectation for a family that would like to use it (the only equipment was four cups, no plates, no cutlery, no cooking utensils for even having breakfast...), in front of the elevators we found distributed cards to book escort girls

Great location. Big bed. Big rooms. Great view as well!

Cons:

Rooms definitely need some remodeling. Salination from the ocean air has left furniture like cabinets and finishing a bit distressed/dilapidated. But for the price can't complain too much. AC also needs cleaning. Elevators though, wow, they take FOREVER. Elevators in Korea are quite slow, but these were really bad 🤣
