Everything! The staff a super friendly and they help you with your bags. The room is spacious, clean with a nice comfy bed. Breakfast was nice and made to order.

Quiet luxury in a good part of London
Pros:

Excellent rooms, quiet despite the location, and the staff were extremely responsive and accommodating. We had a complimentary sweet treat waiting for us and lovely music playing on a vintage radio.

For those that like classic pubs it is a fine example, with the additional quality of the rooms
Pros:

Room was superbly appointed, with exquisite personal touches
Breakfast was totally spot on with good choice, not excessive

Cons:

A very minor point, but as a lover of old pubs and breweries I was hoping for more than 1 Youngs ale, but the reasons for this were explained fairly by the bar team
