Wonderful onsen in convenient comfortable hotel with kind and efficient staff
Pros:

We loved this hotel! The onsen alone was such an incredible place to relax--better than some we went to in specifically onsen-oriented towns. The pajamas are super comfy. The restaurant is fun and has robots that deliver the food! The staff were very helpful and kind. It is close to a shopping center with Mr Donut and a supermarket, and also close to one of the train lines. About a 10-12 minutes walk from the bigger train line (Seibu-Chichibu that has the La View train from Ikebukuro).

Cons:

We would have preferred the coffee machine be available 24 hours like some other hotels.

Pros:

近くにいろいろな施設があり、秩父駅に近く、西武秩父駅からは少し歩くが、そう遠くない。1人でセミダブルを使用したこともあり、綺麗な部屋を広々と使えた。大浴場にはRefaのシャワーヘッドとドライヤーが設置されており、サウナや露天風呂もある。アメニティーに化粧品セットや体を洗うためのボディータオルなどがあり、好みなどがなければ自分で用意する必要がない。化粧品類は大浴場の脱衣所にもある。行かなかったが、漫画コーナーや卓球コーナーを無料で利用できるらしい。

Cons:

もう少しベッドが柔らかければもっと快適。テレビのリモコンの反応が悪く、時差で反応することもあり、疲れた。

浴場非常舒服，旁邊有一個大商場，購買所需物品相當方便，員工應對舒適。

Cons:

可能因為主幹道修路，旁邊道路相當多車，一樓房間無法完全隔除車聲。

秩父観光の際は是非利用したい（友人にも薦めたい）

靴を脱いで入れる部屋が良かった。
新しいホテルだったので、設備も充実していて清潔感もあった。
