The staff were excellent. The breakfast was quite good although it was a long walk with two roads to cross.

Cons:

The room was described as in an annex. However it was in a different building entirely, which seemed to have previously been part of a different hotel and had been rebranded as The Torby. You are even provided with a map to find the building when checking in. While annexes are common in successful hotels this was ridiculous - we had to cross two roads to get to the building and it meant we were staying in quite a soulless building rather than the beautiful one in the photos.

The building we stayed in also had non-existent sound insulation and we were woken up at night by drunk guests talking in the hallway. This and the use of an annex meant the price for the room was unacceptable.

Huone tosi kaunis ja siisti, hotellin sijainti erinomainen. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelu hyvää.

Aamiainen Kuparipajan puolella ei mielestäni vastaa hotellin tasoa, vaikka olikin ihan perushyvä.

Absolut genial. Freundliches Personal, sehr schönes Zimmer mit Sicht ins grüne. Kein Fernseher, keine Minibar. Sehr ruhig, Lüftung kaum hörbar.
Kurz gesagt einfach ein Traum.

Cons:

Ich bezahlte als Einzelperson gleich viel wie zwei Personen, brauchte jedoch nur ein Bettbezug, eine Frottewäsche und Frühstückte nur für eine Person.
