Wonderful experience!
Pros:

I booked this for a colleague. He said that he really enjoyed the courteous staff and the good food. He also enjoyed being in a location where he could walk and see the local people.

Cons:

He did not like the traffic in the outskirts of the hotel, but the traffic in the city did not impact his stay.
