Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Amica Hotel. The hotel is located very close to the city center, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
A special thank you to Henry for helping us arrange our Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, and Sapa tours at great prices with excellent quality.
Thank you to all the staff for making my holiday such a wonderful and memorable experience!

BEST HOTEL IN VIET NAM
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and are very grateful for all the support during our trip. Henry, Elena, and Huy were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist us whenever we needed anything.

Their warm hospitality made us feel very comfortable — honestly, it felt like staying at home rather than just at a hotel.

We were also especially impressed with the tours arranged by the hotel. The Ha Long Bay and Ha Giang tours were both excellent quality, very well organized, and surprisingly affordable. Everything was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

A big thank you to Henry, Elena, and Huy for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and its tours to other travelers!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating!

Cons:

A very old, worn-out hotel with very small rooms! The air conditioning was very old! The window faced out into a small shaft—no natural light! You just look at a wall!

Душевая кабина сломана. Кондиционер работает иногда. Шумно. И дует прямо на вас и вы заболеете.

Very nice location and excellent staff.
Pros:

This is a great little Hotel in the heart of the old quarter. You step out and are immediately in the action of Hanoi’s bustling old quarter with the French quarter and the Hoan Kiem lake within a 10-15 minute walk.
