Un hôtel plein de charme avec un splendide jardin japonais
Pros:

Son emplacement dans ce joli village, son magnifique jardin japonais, sans oublier sa plage près du lac !
La gentillesse du personnel ( qui parle même le français ). Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait .

Wir haben die Tage in Hagnau sehr genossen
Pros:

Der wunderschöne japanische Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzgruppen - Entspannung pur. In den frühen Morgenstunden durchströmte ein wohlriechender Duft von frischen Backwaren die Luft - erlebt man nur noch selten und ist so angenehm.

Cons:

Der Weg zu den Zimmern im 2. Stock ist etwas mühsam, da es keinen Aufzug gibt. Oftmals gibt es Parkprobleme aber das Personal ist sehr behilflich.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la chambre était spacieuse et d'une propreté irréprochable, le petit déjeuner délicieux, le jardin japonais très beau.

Der Frühstücksservice war absolut Klasse. Egal wie das Wetter war, der Tag startet perfekt.

Cons:

Den 2-Tagesrhythmus der Reinigung ist völlig in Ordnung, aber man sollte es auch annehmen.

Family owned Gem with own bakery
Pros:

Very welcoming. We have had a modern, clean and spacious room on the first floor (#1) with a nice little patio facing the quiet Hotel Parking lot. There is a good breakfast buffet with items from their own bakery and they have freshly made fruit salad and other tasty local ingredients. The village itself is really nice with multiple restaurants to choose from in walking distance. . Definitely a place to spend some time at the Bodensee. In addition the Hotel has a lovely Japanese Garden with tables and chairs.

Cons:

One of the mattresses in Room #1 needs immediate replacement as you can feel every spring inside it, so staying longer wouldn't feel great. Also the person responsible for breakfast service was not really attentive and friendly, with room to improve.

Pros:

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und ein 10jähriges Kind. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Unser Enkel hatte einen kleinen Bereich für sich, was ganz toll war. Das Bad ist sehr neuwertig mit einer großen Dusche und viel Platz zum abstellen unserer Produkte. Auch Schränke etc. waren genug vorhanden, leider etwas wenig Kleiderbügel. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Unserer Ansicht ist das Frühstück etwas teuer, überhaupt für Kinder. Unser Enkel hat morgens lediglich ein Spiegel- oder Rührei gegessen, ohne alles und einen Apfelsaft getrunken, das war’s für 12€. Am Karfreitag haben wir etwas fischiges beim Frühstück vermisst weil wir da keine Wurst essen. Ansonsten war das Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig.
