Averall great experience with the host ans the place, highly recommend
Pros:

Perfectly clean, friendly staff. Amazing view. Location is very close to the beach. The town is at the top of the hill so a small walk is needed but at least tou wake up to the beach. There was parking as well i can see car from the balcony. The room was amazing comfortable bed with good bathroom. The food in the restaurant was delicious Lazar were very friendy and proposed the best meals and wine for us. Also the beach in front was rocky with rocka in the water but we go swimming a little bit in the left were rhe watwr was clean with sand but shoes for the sea is recommended. Last but not least, you can see the sunrise from the bed, best view ever!

Cons:

Far from the city, we didnt use our car at all and a small walk was needed to go to the top of the coty were the panoramic view of the city with bars shops etc were.

Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience.

The room was advertised as 25 m², but was considerably smaller. More importantly, after a long journey, we arrived around 11:00 pm and found that there was no hot water. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the water to heat up.

When we informed the property that we wished to leave the following morning, our request was initially refused. After contacting Booking.com Customer Service, the property offered to cancel our reservation without charge, but only on the condition that we did not leave a negative review.

The situation became even more unpleasant the following morning when we were confronted about our complaint and were told, in a very inappropriate manner, words to the effect of: “What kind of room do you expect for €220 a night?” We were also subsequently contacted and told that our belongings would be removed from the room.

Booking.com Customer Service eventually intervened and resolved the situation, allowing us to check out.

Unfortunately, this experience completely spoiled the first day of our trip. The main issue was not only the lack of basic facilities, but the way our concerns were handled. We expect a professional and respectful approach when raising legitimate issues with a property.

Perfekt um einfach mal abzuschalten!
Pros:

Inhaber und Angestellte immer vor Ort, ansprechbar und sehr aufmerksam. Es hat sich sehr familiär angefühlt!
Auch die Daybed‘s am Strand waren super!
Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant sowie der Beachbar ebenfalls sehr lecker! Und preislich auch fair.

Cons:

Strand ist bisschen steiniger bzw. man etwas über Korallen laufen, aber da hat das Hotel auch keinen Einfluss drauf. Falls möglich wäre ein Steg rein ins Wasser die perfekte Lösung! Andernfalls einfach vorsichtig reinlaufen oder Wasserschuhe nutzen. Wenn man dann nämlich drin ist, ist das Wasser ein Traum :)

Location is the best. 10 steps from the beach. Room spacious, comfortable and clean. Very good restaurant.
