Eine Perle im Elsass
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage ist erstklassig. Das Restaurant ist liebevoll gestaltet. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

It was forgettable.
Pros:

The location - the hotel is at the end of the village so it’s quiet.

Cons:

With the exception of the valet (who was very pleasant), we found the staff to be very rigid and not especially service minded. On our current trip we have stayed in 12 hotels which have all be Relais et Chateaux properties. This has been the least impressive.
