I had already read many great reviews about Hira Cave Hotel, and that is why I decided to stay there. I’m happy to say that everything I had read was absolutely confirmed during my stay.
The hotel itself is located on top of a hill, so I would not recommend it for guests with limited mobility. However, for everyone else, the walk is a good exercise and definitely worth it for the beautiful view.
The staff are extremely kind, polite, and attentive. I would especially like to mention Fatma and Meryam from the kitchen team — always cheerful and helpful. They would play music in the mornings and made our breakfast experience so joyful and welcoming.
Mustafa was the morning attendant, and he helped us with all our plans and reservations, always keeping us updated through WhatsApp.
Mehdi was the night receptionist, but honestly, he seemed to be there day, afternoon, and night, always making sure everything was perfect and that all guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. He would always offer a wonderful Turkish coffee, and I became a big fan of it during my stay.
I would like to thank everyone for the wonderful time I had there, and I hope to see you all again someday in Brazil!

Llegamos tarde pero igual nos prepararon el desayuno. Eso marca toda la diferencia en lo genial que nos atendieron. Por clima no pudimos bolas en globo pero nuestro hotel estaba hermoso donde se ubicaba, las vistas increíbles, desayuno delicioso, perfecta la atención! Fuimos en luna de miel y nos dejaron un detalle a nuestra llegada.
Inevitables escaleras para llegar a la habitación pero no fue un problema. De hecho nuestro anfitrión nos subió las maletas.
The hotel has one of the most beautiful terraces to watch the hot air balloons. I only stayed for one night, but the view was absolutely amazing. Watching the balloons from the terrace in the morning was truly unforgettable. I’d like to thank the entire hotel team for making this experience so special.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the view from the breakfast area was just as stunning. The room itself was fantastic, with a perfect blend of authentic and modern design.
I will definitely come back again!

気球のツアーは人が多すぎず全員がしっかり美しい景色を見ることができたと思います。1時間くらいギョレメと他の気球たちをゆっくり眺めることができました。
気球ツアーには良し悪しがあると聞くので、ここで予約をすれば間違い無いです！
スタッフはみんな親切で、行きたい場所の写真を見せるとタクシーを配車してくれてプライベートツアーができたり、次の宿泊先にもサービスで送迎してくれ、何かあればbooking.comのメッセージですぐに会話することができます！
部屋は洞窟になっているのですが、とても清潔で豪華で非日常を味わえました。wifiも早く仕事も捗りました。
バルコニーへ行くとトルコらしい絨毯のひかれたフォトスポットで気球の写真を撮ることができ、高地にあるので夜は夜景が綺麗です！
1番の思い出は、誕生日のサプライズでバースデーソングとケーキのプレゼントがあったことです。とても幸せな誕生日になりました！

Excelente atención al cliente
A beautiful room, extremely luxurious. The whole place is stunning. The staff is extra friendly, Mustafa and Mehid were great. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful in a beautiful terrace overlooking Göreme, we even got a balloon one morning. The breakfast food was done by the ladies onsite and that included a variety of home cooked cakes and sweets. I wish I could give them more than a 10.

Location was spot on!
Perfect place to watch the whole Göreme, balloons and sunrise. The staff Mustafa is very friendly and made us welcomed. Breakfast is good as well. Room and facilities are good.

Property was stunning, and set above Goreme with perfect views over the town to see the balloons. Room was spacious, clean and tidy. Rain shower was instantly hot. Staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond for us, to the point where my wife left her scarf at the Whirling Dervish show and they managed to retrieve for us. Excellent service all round!

Climatización del suelo parecía no funcionar, por nevadas no pudimos salir, el TV no es smart TV así que solo quedaba ver la TV local, nevera de la habitación no funcionaba, iluminación del baño tenía problemas con el apagador, el secador de cabello y la iluminación de ambientación también, imposible usar el baño turco por baja presión y rociador de la ducha principal con problemas de botes y orificios obstruidos . También el techo solía desmoronarse un poco
L'esperienza a Goreme è stata meravigliosa anche grazie all'hotel che è caratteristico e a Mustafa che è stato gentilissimo e ha soddisfatto ogni nostro desiderio. E non La stanza era grande, con tutti i confort e pulitissima. La colazione ricchissima sia dolce che salata con tantissima scelta. In più c'è una fantastica terrazza da cui poter godere dell'alba con la vista sulle mongolfiere che sorvolano la città e del tramonto con la vista su tutta la città.il giorno

The beddings were prepared only for one person. The bathroom was quite narrow, and water tended to flow across the floor. It would also be nice to have a full-length mirror for checking one’s overall appearance.
