The basic necessity that one person expects from a good hotel is slippers,no leakage or water issue queen ized bed that he she had booked but the hotel was not able to hotel.

Decent stay, slightly overpriced for the overall quality, staff services can be better
Pros:

Property is clean and comfortable in a good area with access to nearby restaurants and important places in Chennai

Cons:

The staff is not very prompt- they didn’t do housekeeping even after being told twice. They also don’t provide cutlery, plates or spoons after 10 pm in case you’ve ordered food, so i suggest you eat out if you’re staying here.
