Decent stay, slightly overpriced for the overall quality, staff services can be better
Pros:

Property is clean and comfortable in a good area with access to nearby restaurants and important places in Chennai

Cons:

The staff is not very prompt- they didn’t do housekeeping even after being told twice. They also don’t provide cutlery, plates or spoons after 10 pm in case you’ve ordered food, so i suggest you eat out if you’re staying here.

Polite people. Nice place. Good service. Felt safe.

Cons:

The restaurant was unavailable for breakfast. Had to book food from outside. But the lunch and dinner ordered from there were tasty and good.

Felt unusual and weird disturbance while sleeping. The first two days AC wasn’t working and from the third day all my family members felt the weird disturbance which was really scary.

Room was fine with a view.

Cons:

Cleanliness can definitely be improved. The charges were almost Rs 4000/- per night, and nothing was served according to the rate.

My room was even missing the basics like a dental kit and shower cap. The bedsheets had bubbles on them from being old and worn out.

The worst part is they don't even provide a buffet breakfast if the occupancy is low.
No room service and if you request something it takes a long time to deliver.

Not happy at all with the service.

I have stayed here twice and last year itself I had suggested the changes but it seems the management is least interested to work for their guests.

Treebo calls it a 'premium' hotel but I am sorry to tell you that it is far from premium and hardly basic.

Not staying here again.
