Muy buen servicio, excelentes instalaciones. El bufett muy bueno.

Ayudaría muchísimo tener un montacargas o elevador para subir el equipaje.

A magical experience in the heart of Cappadocia – Roma Cave Suite
I had the pleasure of staying at Roma Cave Suite in Göreme and I can honestly say that it was an unforgettable experience.
The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the terrace, which offers an absolutely stunning panorama. Every morning, we could admire the hot air balloons floating over the valley directly from there – a breathtaking visual spectacle that is worth every penny.
Another aspect that made our stay special was the staff. They are extremely welcoming, attentive to every detail and ready to help you with anything you need to make sure you feel comfortable. It is clear that they give their all to make their guests feel at home.
I cannot fail to mention the breakfast, which was not only varied but also very tasty, with fresh and local products, perfect to start a long day of exploring Cappadocia.
I highly recommend Roma Cave Suite to anyone who wants an authentic atmosphere, a dream view and exceptional hospitality. I can't wait to come back!

Ok stay in a good location.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, and plentiful breakfast.

Cons:

The room was not very comfortable. The bed was jammed in with no room on one side and very little on the other. Also, while it is called a ‘cave’ hotel and our room was supposed to have a domed ceiling, we were simply in a cement block with a wooden ceiling. I do believe there are some cave rooms, but sadly we were not in one even after specific request when booking.

Cons:

Higiene ruim. Cafe da manha igual todos os dias, mas era exatamente igual e servido a mesa. Sem nenhuma opção. Muito ruim isso. Internet muito ruim.

Pros:

The staff was amazing, so welcoming, including the person who checked us in, the person who helped with ordering tours, and the entire breakfast team. Talking about breakfast, it was superb with excellent presentation and plenty of variety. We purposely allowed extra time in the morning in order to just to sit and enjoy all the food. It’s not a buffet style, you get food delivered to your table. And it’s A LOT of delicious food! We were thankful for the stairs after the breakfast (3rd floor), but if anyone has mobility issues, maybe ask for lower floors.

Location is great and the premises are beautiful. We are very thankful for the room upgrade. The bed was comfortable. The viewing platform was really cool and the hot air balloons were literally flying on top of our heads.

Cons:

The shower head was not our favorite and the shower door wasn’t closing all the way, but that was a minor thing.

Das war ein sehr gemütliches und ruhiges Hotel mit einem grossen Badezimmer und mehreren Terrassen.
Das Frühstück war frisch, ausreichend und lokal. Wir konnten Omelette oder Spiegeleier bestellen. Das Personal war relext und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für alle
