東京での暮らしを堪能できます。
Pros:

部屋の広さも充分でNetflixも観れる上に、Switchもできます。子ども連れでも楽しめる環境です。
また、東京での長期滞在にも適しています。
駅も徒歩圏内で、道中は下町の雰囲気も味わえ、
東京での暮らしを堪能できます。
お部屋のシャワーで物足りない方は、徒歩圏内で銭湯にも行けるので、疲れた身体をリセットできました。
スタッフの方も親切で、外出前に雨が降りそうだったので傘を貸していただき、助かりました。
東京を満喫できました。

Ótimo para viver a cultura local de um bairro de Tóquio
Pros:

A localização é ótima para conhecer a vida quotidiana num bairro de Tóquio, com pequenos restaurantes e bares nas proximidades, e até uma barbershop em frente, e com uma estação de metro a uma curta distância a pé (5-6 minutos). O quarto é pequeno mas é funcional e limpo, tal como o banheiro. É possível abrir a janela.

Cons:

Um pouco de cheiro a mofo da alcatifa, mas foi atenuado pelo facto de poder abrir a janela e arejar o quarto.

私は上京する際にはまた利用したい、と思います。
Pros:

わくわくするような仕掛けが多かったですね。室内は2段ベッドでしたので、息子は大喜びでした。建物内には様々なフィギュアなどが置いてあり、それらを見ながら階段を上がると屋上へ。屋上は誰でも利用でき、見晴らしもよくて気持ちよかったです。管理人さんはお会いした時間は短かったのですが、親切な方で息子はその短い時間に打ち解けてましたね。

Cons:

良くないというより自分の確認不足でしたが、アメニティのようなものはタオル以外ありませんので、髭剃りやコットン、綿棒、歯ブラシ等は持参する必要があります。

Great value for money!
Pros:

This accommodation offers great value for money! It's in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the Hirai JR station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The service team communicated efficiently and provided clear information, and the room itself was very clean. To top it off, a staff member was incredibly friendly and helped carry my suitcase downstairs when I checked out. I would definitely love to stay here again

Cons:

ベッドのマットレスが柔らかすぎて腰痛になった。痛すぎて深夜に目が覚めるくらい。あと、洗濯機の前の部屋だったので、23時過ぎに洗濯機の音で眠れず。

旅行に立地良し
Pros:

立地が良かったです。駅から徒歩数分で、主要都市からもアクセスがいいです。部屋の設備は最小限ですが、深夜0時までやっている銭湯も近くにあり、十分リフレッシュできました。

Cons:

防音性が少し気になりました。禁煙部屋ではないからか、部屋が独特の匂いがしました。

格安なのにこんな贅沢していいのかなと感じた

バルコニーがもう少し広いのかと思ってた。狭すぎるし結構住宅街であまり景色は良くなかった

コスパが良い
Pros:

屋上にテラスがあり、子供も大喜びでした。
ハンモックもあります。
部屋も4人で泊まりましたが綺麗で安く、また東京に行く時は利用したいホテルです。
ゲームなども充実してます。
平井駅がすぐ近くにあり、周りに安い駐車場もあります。
