Auf nur 9qm ist zwar wenig Platz zum umdrehen und für das Gepäck, aber man hat Privatsphäre, ein Fenster, das sich öffnen lässt, eine ruhige Umgebung in logistisch guter Lage und alles Equipment, was man so braucht. Das Housekeeping Personal ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit!9

コスパが良い
Pros:

屋上にテラスがあり、子供も大喜びでした。
ハンモックもあります。
部屋も4人で泊まりましたが綺麗で安く、また東京に行く時は利用したいホテルです。
ゲームなども充実してます。
平井駅がすぐ近くにあり、周りに安い駐車場もあります。

バックパッカーならいいと思う。音に敏感な人には向かない。
Pros:

事前のチェックインで、当日の煩わしさもありませんでした。
お部屋は4つのベッドがそれぞれカーテンや仕切りで区切られていたので、人の寝息や電気が気にならず寝ることができました。

Cons:

カーテンを開けると隣のアパートのドアから丸見えだったので、カーテンを開けることができませんでした。
そのためなのか、部屋が湿気っぽく、布団も心なしか湿った感じがして気持ち悪かったです。エアコンの除湿をかけて外出したので、帰ってきてからの布団は気にならなかった気がします。
掃除等はそこまで気になるところはありませんでした。
ドアを開けると宿泊者が自由に使えるキッチンなので、そこで談笑されると丸聞こえで、うるさかった。
朝5時半から7時半まで、キッチンで赤ちゃんが号泣してて、ゆっくり寝れなかった。できたら深夜と早朝はキッチン利用制限した方がいい。

水回りの、洗面台の水の排水が悪く、歯を磨いている間に溢れ出してきます。
そしてここが一番、最悪に感じたのがタオルです。
生乾き臭半端ない。身体を拭いたら、身体から生乾き臭が！
全てのタオルが臭いました。スタッフが常駐していないので、タオルの交換もお願いできず、泣きたくなりました。。

駅には近いですが、住宅地なので、駅周りの飲食店は22時、23時には終わってしまうので、飲みに行くとか難しいかもしれないです。

Really enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Clean, quiet neighborhood and just a short walk away from public transport. Will definitively choose it again when traveling to Tokyo

Cons:

AC was hard to configure, even with the translated manual provided.
Mattress a little bit too soft and sheets to warm for the current weather.
I don't like submitting the passport through a Google Forms. I would prefer a simpler solution within the hotel itself

A absolutely incredible city and a cozy bed for the night

Trendy Neighborhood Gem & Pop-Culture Haven
Pros:

This trendy, comfortable, and modern, guesthouse was a reassuring introduction to Japan as a first-time traveler. The instructions to locate it and check in were very clear, easy to follow, and helpful, making what could have been stressful into a non-issue. The neighborhood is very quiet and immerses you in a less hectic part of Tokyo while keeping you well-connected via train lines to all the star destinations, and there are restaurants and a convenience store around the corner. The room was comfortable with an ensuite shower and toilet - perfect for international travelers before we acclimated to public bathing - and the building is covered with anime sketches, iconic posters, houseplants, figurines, and hidden gems of gaming and movie culture that is sure to make anyone smile. There is also a rooftop balcony to enjoy the view of the cityscape from: a perfect place to relax with friends. Overall a great place to stay, and I would definitely choose to stay there again when arriving from Tokyo Narita.
