The property was in a great location for our stay in which we were going to the o2 arena.
The place was passable. It had some issues but you get what you pay for.
Lovely hotel, room was clean, modern and nice decor. Location was good to the O2, only a short bus ride on the 188, so perfect for going to a concert! Staff friendly and helpful! Bed comfortable, and had a fan in the room, which is a great bonus!
Nothing, stay was comfortable, would book again if I ever attend another show at the O2.

The property is very tired. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly and wasn’t really fit for purpose. The bedding and towels were clean but that’s about it! Stayed here 4 or 5 times before and it’s been great, but not any more.

Staff are lovely & it’s very close to the o2.
It is not very clean, there were little bits all over the floor & bathroom floor. it was very obvious the place isnt hoovered properly and the bathroom floor was sticky. As it was hot i was sat on the floor getting ready and I had hair & crumbs, etc. stuck to my leg from where it had been lying on the floor. Also during a heat wave with one little fan was not comfortable in the attic rooms. We left at 7am as we were really hot and restless.
Everything. Very comfortable bed, nice shower, good hospitality tray,use of an iron, bottled water in room. Had a good night's sleep, too. Good lock on inside of room, felt much safer here than in big hotel chains

Great location, very nice rooms and comfy bed. Lots of coffee and tea sachets and even oat milk!
Would have been great to have a mirror in the room,l (there was a high bathroom one) but otherwise nothing!

The heat. It was 30 plus degrees outside, and felt like even more inside, despite an open window and fan.

Communal fridge in the hallway (which didn't work ) a small fridge in the room would be great
Room 5 bed was very comfortable. It was near Greenwich park and lots of nice shops/cafes.

Nothing to note it was perfect for us to have one night after a concert at the O2
Came down for the London Marathon. Couldn't ask for a better location as rooms were close to Greenwich for all the amenities and easy walk to Blackhealth, plus the race ran straight past it. Rooms were exceptionally clean with plenty of teas and coffees and you could ask for more at the bar. The staff were lovely and there if you needed anything, but you were left alone throughout the stay which we liked.
The only issue, and it was a small one and couldn't be helped as we choose to stay in rooms that were above a pub, was the noise and music from the beer garden which was really very loud from our room. It was a warm weekend so people were in the garden enjoying themselves, but the music was loud, although stopped at midnight and then very peaceful after that. If I hadn't been running on Sunday we would have probably joined in. Sunday and Monday nights were fine though and check out was very easy.
