Pros:

Receptionist goy is whery friendly person, hotel is good, metro station also near,bus stand also apposite, every thing good location, I like this hotel 👌👌👌👌

AC and hot water should be supplied in room
Pros:

The size of the room was good. Comfortable bed and AC. Getting hot water in the morning.

Cons:

Not providing packaged water on checkin and all/any day of stay. On my request they provide 2 lits only for our 5 days stay for 3 people. The bed sheet and towel are very old and have not changed/replaced every day. Only one time was replaced on request the whole 5 days stay. Morning essentials are also not provided. Liquor shop on the ground floor, too crowded with unwanted people.. 100 of buses and trucks near the hotel. Too much crowd. The whole road was packed in the morning and evening. No RO in the hotel. I purchased around more than 20 liters of water during my stay. No person is available to take language to your room.
After repeated requests (next day) they fix the tv issue. Only free channels are coming on TV. No or very less hindi channels.

Bad , don't choose this hotel

I didn't liked anything.

Cons:

Worst stay of my entire life. I went with my family of 7 and booked 3 rooms, it was shown breakfast included for 2days of stay, but at morning they told breakfast will be given for only 2 people. And bathroom was unhygienic, a big rat was there along with water dripping on floor from outside. Any worst one is the when I used hidden camera detector it showed presence of electronic devices in bathroom and bedroom at different locations. The behaviour of the staff was too rude. Very disppinted and the area/ location is too noisy and stingy
