Pros:

Great value during the week. Location very central, at walking distance from bus station and downtown area. It's at a busy street, but our room was on the backside, so we weren't disturbed by the heavy street noise. Beds were clean and comfy, room was rather new and modern. AC, which is still useful even in Sapa. Laundry service affordable in the hotel and quick return of clothes. If they didn't significantly raise the prices for the weekend, we for sure would have extended.

Cons:

We paid more for the twin room, only to notice that the cheaper standard double are 2 twin beds pushed together in the exact same room. No fridge. Smart tv, but connection constantly dropping (for the world cup match a bit nerve-wrecking). Lots of dust on all furniture. Shower in the middle of the bathroom, in between the sink and toilet, without basin or shower curtain so everything gets soaked. People smoking in the indoor staircase of the hotel.

Rất hài lòng! Phòng nghỉ sạch đẹp, tiện nghi, thoải mái và đúng như hình ảnh. Mọi thứ đều được chuẩn bị chu đáo, mang lại cảm giác dễ chịu trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại khi có dịp.

Super priceworthy
Pros:

Super close to the city center and the night market. Easy check in and fast checkout and the owners were nice. The price was super good for this kind of room!
Had everything we needed: TV, AirCon, good water pressure, warm water, shampoo and soap and towels, hairdryer, good wifi.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard to sleep on, but for the price I dont think you can complain.

Grand for the price
Pros:

They let us check in at 0130am. It was clean and affordable. Close to our overnight bus drop off. Let us leave our bags after check out

Cons:

Bed was hard as a rock. They gave us the wrong key. Stayed on the 5th floor with no lift, so not good for people with mobility issues.

Cheap place to stay but needs further cleaning and more welcoming staff
Pros:

Property was in a good location and the key was ready on arrival, good size room. Bed was clean.

Cons:

Bathroom ceiling and extractor fan was absolutely filthy. Staff were unpleasant.
