Exceptional
Pros:

Stayed with family and had a good time. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff made sure we were comfortable. Lift was under maintenance, so a star off

Pros:

Hotel is good, but deserves better staff.
Pros:

Hotel rooms were good, modern and clean. The lobby and areas were also good.

Cons:

Cafeteria and food were not good for the price. Location was ok. Mainly the staff refused to acknowledge that I had a booking, then i had to argue and he put extra charge for bed, though it was written at no charge to my room by booking.com. Only after i agreed to pay ( because i was with spouse and it was 10pm ), they said ok now we found booking. I think this was not professional. Staff is everything in a hotel, if they are not good, no amount of good hotel is good. Booking.com please note this.
