Please note that no lift is available in the property and some rooms need to be reached by many stairs.

Please note that the nearest car park is 2 km far from the property. Guests can take a shuttle then will have a 500-metre walk to reach the Hotel on Mont Saint-Michel. Die Lage auf der Insel Mont Michel war super

Cons:

Die Anreise und die Suche wo ich den Schlüssel für das Zimmer bekomme war nur durch endlos viele mails zu erreichen. Schlechte Organisation und Kommunikation.

DE SOMNI!!
Pros:

L'ubucació és perfecta. El fet de dormir dins el Mont-Saint-Michel és encisador. L'habitació tenia entramat de fusta a una paret i ens va encantar. La casa és antuga però les habitacions estan renovades.

Cons:

Que molt d'hora, a les 5:30 del matí es van posar a repartir productes pels locals amb "toritos" i feien molts de soroll, ( nosaltres teníem la finestra que donava al carrer) però no ens va molestar perquè vam poder gaudir del treball que comporta viure dins dem Mont.

Гарний готель в цілому, але не вартий своїх коштів

Найбільший плюс готелю - розташування на острові, в номері все необхідне, сніданок достатній

Cons:

Фактична відсутність персоналу і загальна стійка реєстрації з важким вирішенням проблемних питань (ледве домоглися організації напівпансіону, можливість якого заявлена букінгом), інформацію по паркуванню нам прислали лише на електронну пошту в день заїзду, в повідомленнях в букінг не дублювали - ми листа не побачили, коли намагались додзвонитися за контакним номером - відповіді не отримали, у висновку паркувалися на загальній парковці переплативши в 2 рази, будь-які питання фактично Вам вирішувати ні з ким.. в іншому готель абсолютно звичайний - зробили висновок, що можна не переплачувати за ночівлю на острові, а ночувати в 2-3 рази дешевше просто на території комплексу

Mauvais rapport qualité prix, l’emplacement ne fait pas tout….

La chambre aurait pu être vraiment confortable si il n’y avait pas un problème avec la porte de l’établissement, la porte de la chambre et la porte des toilettes.

Cons:

Il n’y a personne à l’accueil de l’hôtel lui-même, ça fait un peu hôtel fantôme… il faut donc systématiquement téléphoner à droite à gauche pour avoir un renseignement…
Le mécanisme de la porte de l’hôtel est vraiment particulier. Nous avons dû aider d’autres clientes à comprendre le truc. Sinon elle restait coincée là.
La poignée de la porte de la chambre de l’hôtel commence à avoir un peu trop de jeu.
La poignée de la porte des toilettes de la chambre a besoin d’être revisser en urgence, elle a failli nous rester dans les mains plusieurs fois.
Quant au petit déjeuner franchement très cher pour la qualité apportée….
