not a good choice .Better to stay a bit far away with same price and good facilities

Location was good . near city centre

Cons:

There is a gap between the the bathroom door and the floor and when I opened the door, my toes trapped between the lower end of the door and the floor and peeled off the skin of my toes.. There should be some protective covering beneath the toilet door. Also the room was very hot and there was no fan in the room and no ventilation spot.

Good location in Leith close to eateries and bus.

Cons:

Very small room for the price. Nothing beyond a kettle and tea/coffee, bed and bathroom. Window is a skylight.
