Very well presented, clean and lovely atmosphere.
Staff were lovely. Swimming pool was excellent. Room not facing the road was totally peaceful, big airy room and bathroom. Air conditioning very good.

Pool facilities, perfect temperatures.
Location
Exceptional 😍
Nothing to complain about!
5 star everything
Drinks were a little pricey
Food was exceptional, location fab.
We have been before and we will return
breakfast wonderful, excellent staff all round, very good facilities, clean and well appointed rooms.
Great location.
Good food
Lots of other restaurants nearby
sometimes things reach a price that is not value for money............
Location, parking, main building, room and comfortable bed.
No kettle in room just very noisy coffee machine.
Great location, plenty of parking spaces. Grand 22 Annex room was nice, very big bathroom, great aircon in the room for the heatwave outside. Was also quite on the third floor. Spa staff very friendly and helpful.
Spa facility is quite simple with small indoor pool, jacuzzi and 1 sauna. No steam room! Outside garden is between building so no sun coming through. Restaurant bold guy was not friendly and not welcoming. Room view was 0 as inside of other buildings. Light in the room was not bright enough 1 bulb was off.
The property inside is stunning. Very clean and a pleasure to visit. We only had breakfast and it was delicious.!! Really good quality food, cooked really well. Reception staff we were greeted by (I didn’t catch her name) was really lovely and welcoming. Explained everything clearly and was just a lovely lady.
The beds. The mattress was really hard and personal opinion myself and my partner didn’t like the pillows or mattress so didn’t sleep very well but you can’t please everybody. We had sore backs the next day
Great location, very clean, fantastic breakfast.
Hot tub a little cool, shower not very powerful, but none of the mentioned stopped us having a great stay.
Good food
nothing
Great location on the front. Close enough to both Blackpool and Lytham town centre. Very comfortable superior room ( we were upgraded ) and an elegant and sophisticated hotel.
Breakfast was great but the cooked breakfast was delivered too soon as we were part way through our muesli. The kind waitress apologised.
Excellent restaurant. Beautiful decor, great bed and pillows.
Could do with kettle in annexe rooms and sofas near windows and views in the lobby.
We really enjoyed the use of the gym and the spa, the room was lovely and the location was really good. We was in the annexe building and there was a free pool table to use.
We weren’t keen on the menu in the restaurant and felt it was quite limited, the pillows in the room are very hollow and found it hard to get comfy on them.
Staff were friendly pool was nice
No AC in the room. The heating was stuck on making it really hot overnight I had to call early hours in the morning. When you’re paying over £200 per night AC should be a given.
We then told on check that we had only booked forage occupancy but I had booked for 2 adults via booking so I think there as comms issues there
