Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien placé ! Les chambres sont assez classiques. C'était propre. Petit déjeuner continental.

Cons:

Le personnel au moment de payer essaie toujours de nous arnaquer malgré les prix qui sont affichés à côté d'eux.. Il faut sans cesse négocier pour ne pas se faire avoir : additions fausses, prix inventés, etc. On se sent être un portefeuille..

Превосходный отель с прекрасным обслуживанием и местонахождением
Pros:

Понравилось всё. И расположение рядом с жд вокзалом, и вкусный и насыщенный завтрак, и номер. Всё удобства в номере. Великолепно! Жаль, что по приезду в Тунис мы забронировали на 5 ночей другой отель перед поездкой в Сусс, и в этом провели лишь 1 ночь по возвращении домой.

Honestly, there was absolutely nothing to complain about; I took other trips around the country to explore, and I received explanations and useful advice—particularly regarding the must-see monuments and the best times to visit.

Vraiment, il n' y avait rien à redire, j'ai fais d'autres voyages dans le pays pour découvrir, j'ai eu des explications des conseils utiles, notamment les les monuments qu'il faut visiter et les bonnes périodes.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, close to the railway station and Barcelona Park, which features a beautiful fountain.

The hotel is clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly and always willing to help. The reception staff even helped us find an affordable taxi to the airport. They used a local ride-hailing app and booked the taxi under their own account to help us avoid scammers.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the main street and is very well connected to the rest of the city. If you want to experience everyday life in Tunisia while staying in a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, I highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel for a fair price
Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful, the hotel is ideally situated in Tunis, close to the Médina and to the louage station. The room was clean and as expected. There was a slight problem with the room when we arrived and the staff took care of it at once.
