Pros:

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en el hotel. La habitación es espectacular: muy bonita, amplia, moderna y limpia. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy cómodos y pudimos apreciar el cuidado y la atención que ponen en cada detalle.

Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad de los trabajadores. Nuestro ferry llegó tarde y no alcanzamos el hotel hasta aproximadamente las 22:30, pero aun así nos estuvieron esperando para recibirnos y realizar el check-in.

También queremos reconocer la atención del personal durante toda la estancia. La primera noche tuvimos un problema con el jacuzzi, ya que no funcionaba correctamente. Sin embargo, al día siguiente lo revisaron y lo solucionaron rápidamente. Además, tuvieron el detalle de invitarnos a una cena como compensación por las molestias ocasionadas, un gesto que demuestra su profesionalidad y su preocupación por el bienestar de los huéspedes.

La combinación de unas instalaciones excelentes, una habitación preciosa y un equipo humano tan atento ha hecho que nuestra experiencia sea muy positiva. Nos hemos sentido muy bien cuidados en todo momento y, sin duda, recomendaríamos este hotel a cualquiera que visite Naxos.

Esta super bien ubicado y tienen parking privado en la misma calle.

Pros:

Good location, lovely room - jacuzzi was a nice touch. Clean rooms, helpful staff, convenient location .

Cons:

Restaurant right under the balcony (which is very good and we would recommend going to) but if you're having an early night just be aware of this.

Pros:

I wish I could live in a Tesoro Elegant Escape Suite. The room is huge, with everything you might need to relax in comfort. The jacuzzi is easy to use and comfortable. The shower is amazing.

Excellent high standard accommodation if very convenient area for both beach and restaurants
Pros:

We loved the room and location. Clearly the owners have put a lot of effort into the detail. No manned reception but staff always available and responsive to our needs. Breakfast can be ordered the evening before and will be delivered at your time of choice. Would definitely recommend. Restaurant downstairs is excellent but recommend booking as it’s very popular
